The "staff" are all students and are usually terrified with few social skills. The last time I visited, the guy serving us could barely talk, his speech impediment was so bad. As a result we had to guess what desserts we were getting! On the upside, there are few places where you get silver service of three courses for £11! The food is pretty good, and the atmosphere is comfortable. The drinks are also reasonably priced. Go! But go there expecting pretty incompetent service, and you'll have a good time. There are times we've left howling with laughter because of the service we experienced!
