Had the opportunity to visit The Pink Cloud for brunch and we were a walk-in group of about six on a Saturday. The entryway is a bit of a unique situation but you have to trust the process!! Take the walkabout and wrap around the corner. Once you enter you'll be pleasantly surprised to see how cute it is inside. The front part of the entrance holds a cocktail bar that seats a few folks and you can admire their beautiful espresso machine. We were in a bit of a weekend day drink adventure so we grabbed a few bottles of champagne and appreciated how they served your juice of choice on the side. They had pineapple, grapefruit, and orange juice as options. I personally don't like overly juiced mimosas and prefer a literal splash haha. What made the champagne bottles fun is how they were served in branded mini coolers that had a retro feel to them. Our table started with an order of their fries and goat cheese whipped dip. That dip was superb and the table loved it so much that we grabbed two of them. They're normally served with toasted pistachios just as a heads up. The main dish of the dining moment was their birria grilled cheese. The sandwich itself was cheesy and super flavorful. I think the one thing that turned me off was the super cold consome. It kinda took away from everything and had me desiring more. Hoping it was a one off situation. Certain to be back so will be happy to share my returned experience. PS -- they also have a back patio space so you should totally grab a drink if the weather permits. I could hear the banging music from the bathroom so it was definitely a vibe. read more

Was visiting family in El Paso and was recommended to go to Pink Cloud (saw it on TikTok). Well, when we arrived we were told it was a wait - which was fine, but we ended up waiting like 30 minutes for a table. I believe they just did not have enough staff for the day as service just felt slow throughout. The atmosphere is pretty chill there, but you could tell some of the servers felt stretched. Our server was nice and professional at all times though so customer service was excellent just slow. There was definitely long pauses in between different parts of our meal. Now for the food- it was really good. We tried some flautas which were pretty good, nice and crispy. I had the fajita skillet bowl and it had good flavor and was pretty filling. I'm hoping the service was just a fluke because that food is good and I definitely want to give it another try! read more

This was our second visit here and I was again impressed We did have to wait a little waiting for a table indoors, but they did offer outdoor seating in the back, opposite Montana. Hey, we got seated and we ordered drinks and got our order in. The server was great. She got our food out and check on us regularly I ordered the birria grilled cheese sandwich. It came with birria and Costra cheese encased in a Texas toast grilled cheese sandwich sliced diagonally. It came with a little tin of onions and cilantro, and a small cup of spicy broth. I ordered a side of potatoes and a side of green poblano sauce Delicious. Liz got an order of lemon poppy French toast with a side of scrambled eggs. It did not last long either. The French toast was topped with a blueberry sauce. It looked good too. Tip for the business make sure the entrance through the wall or gate is clearly marked. We got confused and then an owner to another suite told us the way we were going in wasn't to the Pink Cloud, but there wasn't another way in. Tip: get together early or be ready for a bit of a wait. We had really high hopes fo pink cloud. This was our first time and we were highly disappointed. Let's start off with what we liked. Our service was good and the atmosphere was beautiful. Mimosas and coffee were good What we didn't like: The misic was a bit to loud we found ourselves raising our voices really loud to have a conversation with our party. Food....we ordered a chuck omelette which was good. Lemon poppy seed French toast was good. Corn bread Chicken and waffles was not good both very very dry and overcooked. Pancakes were horrible. Side of potatoes were undercooked .... Orange juice was not good. Not a place we will be visiting again. read more

The food and service were great! It's a nice restaurant to have a friend gathering as that is the type of vibe it is. The jams were great! The atmosphere overall was pleasant. The music was not too loud but definitely easy on the ears. I saw the birria grilled cheese sandwich but also saw the hot honey chicken sandwich so I ordered both. The Hot honey chicken sandwich with the julienne fries were so good! Bursting with flavor and enough sauce that it does not overwhelm the burger. The julienne fries were fried to a crisp and the seasoning was nice! There is a bit of cayenne pepper on the fries so it will bite back. Then I tried a half of the birria grilled cheese. The meat and cheese were there but the bread was a bit thick that I felt I was eating mostly bread. Aside from that, the seasoning and flavors of the birria were delicious. If you're in El Paso, stop by here and try it. No regrets! Will definitely come back. ETA: came back the next day during work hours and they're closed (even though the sign says they're open). I ordered the brisket bbq burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in my whole life by far. The burger was so juicy and full of flavor and the bbq brisket on top of that was just amazing. The bun was soft, warm, and fluffy in all of the good ways. I also got a side of steak fries which were also really good. My dad ordered the pesto rigatoni and really enjoyed that as well. The place was very empty Saturday night which was really surprising to me. The whole vibe was something I could see people really liking but it wasn't my favorite, although after eating the food I enjoyed the music and vibe much more. Excellent and delicious! I loved the chic decor. It was quiet for a Saturday night but it worked out for a girls' night out. Our server was attentive and checked on us frequently. Our group ordered the goat cheese and brisket flautas appetizers and they were savory! I ordered the grilled sweet potato tacos which were to die for! The "hostess" came to the back patio and said very rudely if we had reservations. I told her we never needed reservations before. There was no wait and tables were empty.. my mother in love who actually got there before had signed us in so the hostess said it'll still be 30 min. Her attitude was just so crappy! Like she was in a bad mood and hated her job. Finally sat down got a new server who tried very hard but kept making mistakes. She was sweet and we understood being new, but the food was terrible! The chilaquiles were dry and had no flavor. The "pink" humus was disgusting. My order was wrong and server actually brought a piece of lettuce cheese and bacon. Just not a good experience. This is very cozy and very simple with their Decor. Went with a friend for brunch and another occasion with a different friend for lunch both times were very good. I had in chicken and waffles for breakfast, it was okay chicken was a little dry and the corn waffle could have been a little more crispy. The second time I went I had the Good Bowl, enjoyed the combination of quinoa with rice and the mixed vegetables were delicious and had it with chicken. I wish they would have a sauce without chili, like cilantro/lime/olive oil with salt and pepper. Just to have something simple and for those of us who an allergic reaction to spicy or chili. read more

This unexpected place was a pleasant surprise located in 5 points area. The service was very good even as it became busy. The environment was comfortable even as we sat outside in covered area and the ceiling fans made it nice. Food was awesome! Will definitely come back again! read more

This location I believe is where 2Ten used to be at or near. 2Ten is relocating. As soon as you walk in the staff greets you and is very friendly. They have a large outdoor area to sit at. Group and family friendly. They have a full coffee bar and a great selection of food. The breakfast was DELICIOUS!!! Berry pancakes and hash brown dish were so goooooooood. Crudo burger was a good 8/10 according to my partner. Could have used more seasoning in the meat. Definitely returning because we felt welcomed and cared for by the lovely lady serving our food. The same vibes as before, but now it's back into full overdrive! They updated their menu and now have a happy hour everyday from 3pm-7pm! The food was excellent, cocktails are delicious, and the price is very reasonable! The service was also fantastic and should be noted for how well they treat people! Have a great time at pink cloud!
