Well I recently paid them a visit again and they did not disappoint, we were immediately greeted by a friendly waitress and ordered some non alcoholic drinks. Service was fast and she checked on us often. Although this is more of a bar (with a kitchen), it's a great spot to drop in for a quick bite to eat even if you're not having a drink. Rolled tacos and fries did the job for us, the tacos were not soggy and the sauces were banging! Ambience wise, it is a bar so it is a little darker inside with music playing at a moderate level but not so loud you can't hear yourself talk. This was in the late afternoon so I imagine at night it's a bit more lively. They also have lots of big screen TVs for your sports enjoyment. FYI When I first visited this spot, some relatives told me to avoid the area and all bars including this one, well I'm happy to say they were very wrong. Dont judge a book by its cover or listen to paranoid Tia's. You won't be disappointed, this place will stay on my list of neighborhood grub spots in El Paso.

The steak wrap didn't have much steak in it and the lettuce and veggie fixings were old and had a limp wet look. No flavor and definitely not worth the $15 price tag.

From $4 domestic beers to $5 Titos, you really can't go wrong here. Dewey's CP is super laid back and a fun spot to stop by and enjoy a few rounds. If you're thinking about checking this place out, I implore you to follow our lead and do a bar crawl starting at 1/8 and ending at Dewey's so you can get some eats in before. So we checked out Dewey's last and walking in I think that was a good idea since they take pub in a very literal sense and don't appear to have any food (I'm okay with this). As all the bars on this block are, Dewey's is pretty small, but it's pretty long so you could definitely fit a lot of bodies in here. They had The Red Headed Sluts on special so we did a few rounds of that. If you've never had one, they're very sweet. VERY. Their specials change from day to day so check the chalkboard. When we first got there they were playing a lot of 5-10 year old pop, but around 10 o'clock they had a DJ. I liked the music they were playing before (not to say the DJ wasn't playing good music) so if I had to guess, on the weekends it's probably less of a chill vibe and more of a dance place. The biggest appeal to me was the bartender's show. These guys flip bottles like no body's business. They even had a few choreographed tricks. They're crowd pleasers and very friendly. Even the manager is a lot of fun and isn't afraid to get out there and dance.

This spot is situated on a main street of local bars and eateries that I had no clue even existed. Aviators (as it depicts in its name) has an aviation theme to the extent of a full blown plane built into the wall and ceiling. What stood out to me tbh was how curated the entire spot is, like even if it is a casual spot it's something that felt entire planned out. Drink prices were fair. It's nice, cool and dark. Plenty of AC. Solid tunes. Great service. We were there for about two hours during the daytime on a Saturday and we had a great time. Our entire group was talking about the middle of the spot bar which is a square and could seat about 20'ish seats. Take a lap around and check out the space! It's also dog friendly which was awesome for us as we got to spot two Boarhounds as we are all Harry Potter fans.

They had $.75 tacos, they were potato and ground beef and they were excellent. My friend ordered a pile of nachos which were also good. They use a chili con queso that ended up in the bottom of the dish, but she likes it that way. We each had a drink, they had some beer specials . I had a blue moon on tap. My friend had a margarita. She said it was very good. I would definitely return to this establishment. The ambience was good- Sports Bar-ish. The waitress was friendly, but she also ran the bar so she was very busy. We went early like 5:30 and there was no crowd, plenty of open seating. Everyone cleared out about the time we left about 7:30. The waitress told me that they have another busy rush around 9 o'clock.. I liked the place because they open early even early enough for lunch and then of course stay open late. It was a nice neighborhood pub with food.

It was a Friday night, we arrived around 8pm and the restaurant was so busy and full of life. Music was blasting, ranging from reggaeton, to regional mexicana/banda, to pop. The prices for the food and drinks were all super cheap as well, so we knew we'd be ordering multiple items. Probably the best item we had was the arrachera quesadilla (can't remember the actual name in the menu for it). Our waiter was a young guy, constantly coming by asking if we wanted to add on to our order. We had multiple rounds of tequila shots and some mixed drinks, but definitely felt like the liquor was watered down. Before we took off, we even danced a couple of songs, giving us a club feel. Overall we loved it so much we had decided to come back the following Tuesday with more family. Well....we were left so disappointed. Everything was completely different. We arrived around 10, figured it being a Tuesday before Christmas Eve, it wouldn't be too busy. It seems that it was a lot busier than the restaurant had expected because they were definitely understaffed. Our waiter probably took 20 minutes to come to us to take our drink order and when he finally did, he stood in one end of the table struggling to hear us from the opposite end over the loud music. Don't understand why he couldn't simply walk over to our side. We waited another 10 minutes to actually get the drinks and for him to come around again to take our food order. Since service was so slow, we tried going straight to the bar and get drinks there, but they wouldn't take our orders because they had to be placed with our waiter. Food was pretty much the same, with the exception of the kitchen running out of multiple items by 11:30. I would have given this place 5 stars on the first visit alone: cheap food and drinks (great food quality for the value), absolutely great ambiance and fast/attentive service. But because we came back again and had such terrible and slow service, I'm giving them 3 stars.

I kept it classic with waffles, bacon, and eggs--and it absolutely hit the mark. The waffles were light, fluffy, and perfectly golden, the bacon was cooked just right, and everything came out fresh and satisfying. Simple comfort food done right. But what really elevated the experience was the atmosphere. They had live musical entertainment by Louie, who was incredible. He played a mix of hits from yesterday and today, moving effortlessly between country & western, contemporary favorites, and traditional Spanish songs. His versatility created a warm, lively environment that both staff and customers clearly enjoyed--it added something special you don't find everywhere. Service was just as impressive. Our server, XAY, had a bright, welcoming smile and provided outstanding service from start to finish. They offered great suggestions on local favorites and specials, which made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The vibe overall is relaxed, inviting, and very "El Paso"--a place where you can sit, enjoy your meal, and stay a while. Overall: Delicious, well-executed brunch classics Live music that enhances the experience (not overwhelms it) Exceptional, friendly service Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere Would I go back? Without a doubt. This is more than just brunch--it's an experience.

I went in for brunch, and one place that absolutely deserves a visit is The Junction Brunch House. The restaurant is set inside a literal house, which gives it a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. As for the food? Ay Dios mio! Outstanding. I ordered Big T's Texas Breakfast: two eggs any style, bacon, and pancakes or French toast. I chose scrambled eggs and pancakes. The presentation was impressive, looking more like something you'd expect at a high-end hotel restaurant. The eggs were folded neatly, omelet-style, into a triangle and cooked perfectly--flavorful and fluffy. The bacon was crispy yet juicy, just right. The pancakes were a four-stack, light and fluffy with a beautiful griddle finish. They came with butter mixed with brown sugar and cinnamon, and a side of and maple syrup, which took them to another level. Junction has locally made hot sauce on the table, and fair warning as both packed some serious heat and paired perfectly with the eggs. What really stood out was the attentive service. The staff checked in regularly, made sure I had everything I needed, and seemed to refill my coffee right on cue. While brunch alone makes it worth the trip, the menu offers much more than breakfast. I'm already looking forward to going back to try their lunch options. If you're in El Paso and craving a comfortable atmosphere with excellent food and service, this is a spot you shouldn't miss.
