I met with 5 other ladies for lunch on a Saturday. They do not take reservations, but my friend went early to secure a seat. The food was very good! I ordered the High Stack Scramble. It had scrambled eggs, spinach, mushrooms, and Chile con queso. It has fresh tomatoes and fresh avocado. It was very large, and superb! I had grilled asparagus as my side- yum! it had a marvelous lite sauce over it! The wait for food was pretty long especially considering we had 4 salads, pancakes and my eggs. The waitress Corrine was excellent! Every one liked their food. We were not thrilled about a few things on the bill though. They charged a 20% large party fee for 5 or more people, and included the gratuity. they charged EVERYONE a 3% "admin fee" for a credit card whether you used one or not. We had several pay cash to avoid that fee- but were charged anyway and had to go to management to get it back. They were told it was a glitch in the computer. "They thought it was 'the principle of the thing'!" Whatever. All in all we had a great time, and will be back for the great service and food!
We visited Crave for breakfast this week and it had some highs and lows. Staff was attentive and kind. Our main dish was delicious! We got the whole hog scramble and a breakfast skillet. Both great; however, we got a side of regular pancakes and a side of their lemon blueberry pancakes and we didn't finish them. Pancakes were a bit hard to eat as they were really dry. Lastly, their hot chocolate was disappointing and their coffee was way to watered down. The restaurant itself was very beautiful and clean. Not to loud which I appreciate.
My family and I went for dinner on a Saturday. The shrimp tacos my daughter ordered were good, the chicken parmesan sandwich was pretty big and my grandson said was delicious. The problem was my burger, I ordered the Crave burger, it was terrible. The meat was dry and the sauce was a sloppy bbq sauce, and the onions were just small chunks of onion. The sweet potato fries were overcooked, but the best part of the meal. The service was mediocre, the waitress seemed annoyed and bothered to refill our drinks and get us to-go containers. I used to be a regular, but the food and service has gone down. I will include a picture, but it was half the burger without the top bun to show how plain and small the "Crave" burger was. For the price I wouldn't recommend.
There are lots of good options to choose from at this restaurant. My favorite is usually the chilaquiles. The mushrooms are always perfect as well. The strawberry lemonade is always delicious as well. We always have Karine as a server & she is on top of all our needs. Great atmosphere & food
On our last day in El Paso our daughter treated us to breakfast/brunch at Crave on the way to the airport! She had called to make a reservation last week and they said it wasn't necessary to make one. But it was necessary and he should have made the reservation for her. The place is apparently very popular. There were quite a few people waiting when we got there and we were told the wait would be 25 minutes. Since we had a flight to catch, we opted to sit at the bar which is less than ideal with four people. It took a little while for someone to bring menus and a little longer to actually place our order. But our server was great. She was the bartender, she served people at the bar and had some to tables to serve as well. She was friendly and efficient. Our food was good and the portions were large! The place was decorated a little differently, but it was nice. It was pretty loud in there, but not annoyingly so.
There was a very rude hostess on duty. This is Intolerable I don't need to take that shit from anyone. We walked. There are other Crave locations with much nicer staff. This one is not worth the drive. I was really looking forward to their Chicken fried steak with green chile gravy. I'll go to the Resler location next time. Parking at the Fountains is a joke, but that isn't Craves fault. The facility is spacious compared to their ither locations. That's important to us because I use a walker. But it hardly matters If we don't get seated
Place is great, seated quickly, server was quick, food was quick and really good. I most definitely will come back.
This is a quaint kitchen and mini bar that is friendly and serves good food. The place was packed with about 30 people. I ate chicken and waffles with apple slaw and fries. It was good.

We decided to try a different restaurant and we ended up at the Fountain of Farah location. It took approximately 15 minutes to be seated when there were multiple tables available. We were sat first table on the left as you walk in. What a sore eye to see the utensils in crates covered by what appeared as a cloth napkin. Maybe a simple sturdy rack?? On to the food, nothing to rave about! The pesto chicken and the children's chicken tenders were ok-ish. The waffle churro was very good though why put sunflower seeds on it when it already has pecans. In my opinion, I thought it was an odd and unnecessary add-on. The server was nice though she did looked frazzled. The floors could use some TLC, they look dull and dusty. Overall it is mediocre and highly likely we will not be returning to this restaurant. There is plenty of parking and just in case it is kid friendly. read more
Pretty good. The wife and I split the Tuna Poke salad and the Barely baked cookie. Both were good. Place feels pretty trendy and I think thats probably the allure of dining here. Service was pretty slow and we were not there during peak hours. I ended up having to walk up to the bar to get my ticket to close out my lunch order. read more

Cleanliness and flies made dinner impossible. The couple left as we arrived and their plates were never picked up after they left. (Two tables were left with plates of food after the guest had left. I'm sure that this contributed to all of the flies. read more

The restaurant is located in the Fountains which is the nicest shopping strip in El Paso, so it has a great location. They have both indoor and outdoor seating which is really nice. They are also right next to the underground parking garage so parking isn't an issue. We were seated really quick and the ambience of the joint was relaxed and hip. We got the Chile Bomber burger ($15) with a side of sweet potato waffle fries and the Chicken and Waffles ($18) with a side of sweet potato waffle fries and green Chile macaroni and cheese. The Chile bomber burger was great and if it's too spicy just remove the jalapeño. The chicken and waffles was great, good portion, and make sure you ask for extra syrup because one is not enough. The sweet potato waffle fries comes with marshmallow and ketchup and they are delicious. The Mac and cheese is a must. Overall the service was awesome! Personable and attentive but not overbearing. The food took a while to come out but it was delicious. I would highly recommend this place! read more

Different Crave, same amazing experience. Service is fast and friendly. Haystack! Best ever breakfast. Hash browns, three huge slices of bacon and a sausage patty along with two eggs cooked to order. And tomato slices. Thank you. There is a full menu of other food items, I should have taken a picture of the menu. Everything I've tried has been delicious. This location is larger than the one on Stanton (Westside). This location also has outdoor seating and a fireplace. It can get crowded and there is sometimes a wait to be seated, but it's worth it. Tip: Ask to be seated at the bar if there is a wait. My wife and I eat here about once a week. Simply the best. read more

2nd time eating at this location. This time we went for breakfast. There was a lot of people but it didn't take them long to seat us (4ppl). Our server was friendly so that's a plus. The food that was ordered was Strawberry filled French toast; chilaquiles; huevos rancheros with sides of bacon and wheat pancakes. One of the people who eats Chile said it pretty spicy and the other one didn't think so, so will depend on how hot you like your food. Most people say it's spicy. The wheat pancakes were so good. They give you cinnamon butter which makes them so good. I had the strawberry French toast which you can get with strawberry "syrup" which is good. It is stuff with a cream cheese type of filling. Pretty damn good and you get a side with mostly anything you order. I would recommend for breakfast. Ps. The waffles looked so fluffy read more

We came back to this place after a 2 year hiatus. Last experience was less than stellar. They renovated, or at least it looked like it this year. Doesn't look much different than it did before they closed it for a few months. Unfortunately, nothing changed in the quality of food. The service was decent and our server did the best she could, considering she was the only one assisting several tables. The food came out cold, or luke warm. The ham on top of the English muffin was so salty, combined with the chipotle sauce, it was too much. Took a lot away from otherwise a good idea for a meal. For the price paid for the waffle, one would expect 2 at least, considering that their pancakes are the size of a water main cover, and we know they use the same batter. We had honestly hoped it was going to be better and we could go back to eat here. Sadly, we probably won't go back anytime soon. read more

Great place for breakfast! We went on a Sunday and they said they have $1 mimosas from 12-6!! Regular mimosas before then were $5. It's located in a shopping mall complex so there's plenty of free parking. We sat outside on their patio but there's indoor seating as well. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. For sides, we got the country potatoes and the kale apple salad which were both awesome. The country potatoes comes with a tasty aioli sauce. They didn't have any non-dairy options for coffee milk but our server said it was because they had run out so maybe this isn't the norm. read more

The hubby put this place as a must do in El Paseo so we went for breakfast on a Monday. We went to the second location downtown but they were closed, so we ended up back at the plaza for this location. Upon arriving we asked to be seated out side the hostess let us know it would be a moment they were clearing off tables. There were tables available that didn't need clearing but we were told to wait. Another customer came behind us after 5 minutes and was immediately sat at a table of 4 outside (the size we needed) --and yet they were still clearing a table for us . A gentlemen hostess appeared and asked if we had been helped we told him we had been told to wait to be seated. After another 5 minutes he finally came outside and told us to have a seat at table that did not need clearing. We waited on a table for about 12 minutes of clearly not needing to wait. Finally the eating-- our hostess came and our table was not given additional menus(we had one from waiting ) and no silverware. She took our drink order and said she would be back. They have mimosas but I did not see it on the menu . I asked for a mimosa and when I received it tasted funny-- the orange juice has a lavender taste-- I could have been wrong (it could have been freshly squeezed and I'm just so used to store bought) but the taste was weird. But I asked if they could remake it with less juice and more champagne (the champagne seemed flat). My second mimosa came back the same. I just didn't worry about it anymore nor did I finish it. It took our food 30 minutes to come out, and in between time our waitress barely checked on us or gave us and update until I asked. They did get crowded towards the end of our time there but not initially. I got the blueberry pancakes, bacon, eggs, and hash brown. My food came out cold but I didn't ask any questions. My daughter ordered a chorizo waffle which was warm and tasted good. Not sure if it was an off morning but I did not leave here craving for more. read more
