I met with 5 other ladies for lunch on a Saturday. They do not take reservations, but my friend went early to secure a seat. The food was very good! I ordered the High Stack Scramble. It had scrambled eggs, spinach, mushrooms, and Chile con queso. It has fresh tomatoes and fresh avocado. It was very large, and superb! I had grilled asparagus as my side- yum! it had a marvelous lite sauce over it! The wait for food was pretty long especially considering we had 4 salads, pancakes and my eggs. The waitress Corrine was excellent! Every one liked their food. We were not thrilled about a few things on the bill though. They charged a 20% large party fee for 5 or more people, and included the gratuity. they charged EVERYONE a 3% "admin fee" for a credit card whether you used one or not. We had several pay cash to avoid that fee- but were charged anyway and had to go to management to get it back. They were told it was a glitch in the computer. My family and I went for dinner on a Saturday. The shrimp tacos my daughter ordered were good, the chicken parmesan sandwich was pretty big and my grandson said was delicious. The problem was my burger, I ordered the Crave burger, it was terrible. The meat was dry and the sauce was a sloppy bbq sauce, and the onions were just small chunks of onion. The sweet potato fries were overcooked, but the best part of the meal. The service was mediocre, the waitress seemed annoyed and bothered to refill our drinks and get us to-go containers. I used to be a regular, but the food and service has gone down. I will include a picture, but it was half the burger without the top bun to show how plain and small the "Crave" burger was. We visited Crave for breakfast this week and it had some highs and lows. Staff was attentive and kind. Our main dish was delicious! We got the whole hog scramble and a breakfast skillet. Both great; however, we got a side of regular pancakes and a side of their lemon blueberry pancakes and we didn't finish them. Pancakes were a bit hard to eat as they were really dry. Came here to say, i'm not too happy about this place. It wasn't that busy for it to be a Saturday morning. The server took forever with our beverages. Went on Friday the 17th 2025 and there was little to no redeeming qualities to the visit me and my wife had. To start the restaurant is extremely cramped no space sitting almost with other guest can't help that I guess. But the service was the worst I've had in El Paso sat down and did not have a server check in on us for more than 15minutes while employees were on phones laughing and showing other employees things on there phone. Ordered two cocktails that were ok nothing special or to write home about or to tell others to try and the food was bland and unremarkable the tuna ceviche was so bland and flavorless we had to squeeze the lemons that were for our water on it and they forgot part of our order and over all I would not visit agin and would not recommend due to the awful service the poor quality food and the price point read more

On our last day in El Paso our daughter treated us to breakfast/brunch at Crave on the way to the airport! She had called to make a reservation last week and they said it wasn't necessary to make one. But it was necessary and he should have made the reservation for her. The place is apparently very popular. There were quite a few people waiting when we got there and we were told the wait would be 25 minutes. Since we had a flight to catch, we opted to sit at the bar which is less than ideal with four people. It took a little while for someone to bring menus and a little longer to actually place our order. But our server was great. She was the bartender, she served people at the bar and had some to tables to serve as well. She was friendly and efficient. Our food was good and the portions were large! We came here for brunch the other day and it was wonderful, great service, delicious food, good portions, we really enjoyed ourselves. The chili chicken and waffles was A+. Came back for dinner just now and left pretty pissed. Our server brought us drinks and took our order and we didn't see her for forty five minutes. I had ordered chilli and a side Mac and cheese, and my husband got a sandwich. Considering the stuff I ordered was probably pre-prepared, 45 minutes was insane. We asked for our food to get packed up to go and it came out five minutes later- she dropped the check and walked away. The Mac and cheese cup was half full, the sandwich looked like it had been sitting in the window. It's not like it was incredibly packed, or that they didn't have the staff on- we actually had to ask another server to have our food packed up. Hoping dinner is good when we get home, but now reconsidering if we go back here. Pretty big bummer for a date night. Nothing was even acknowledged that there was a wait. read more

The restaurant is located in the Fountains which is the nicest shopping strip in El Paso, so it has a great location. They have both indoor and outdoor seating which is really nice. They are also right next to the underground parking garage so parking isn't an issue. We were seated really quick and the ambience of the joint was relaxed and hip. We got the Chile Bomber burger ($15) with a side of sweet potato waffle fries and the Chicken and Waffles ($18) with a side of sweet potato waffle fries and green Chile macaroni and cheese. The Chile bomber burger was great and if it's too spicy just remove the jalapeño. The chicken and waffles was great, good portion, and make sure you ask for extra syrup because one is not enough. The sweet potato waffle fries comes with marshmallow and ketchup and they are delicious. The Mac and cheese is a must. Overall the service was awesome! Personable and attentive but not overbearing. This location is larger than the one on Stanton (Westside). This location also has outdoor seating and a fireplace. It can get crowded and there is sometimes a wait to be seated, but it's worth it. One of my favorite breakfast spots. I always go for the whole hog platter. Just the right amount of meat, with eggs and cheese served on top of a nice hot tortilla. Besides typical American breakfast this is my go to for me and my employees. The food that was ordered was Strawberry filled French toast; chilaquiles; huevos rancheros with sides of bacon and wheat pancakes. One of the people who eats Chile said it pretty spicy and the other one didn't think so, so will depend on how hot you like your food. Most people say it's spicy. The wheat pancakes were so good. They give you cinnamon butter which makes them so good. I had the strawberry French toast which you can get with strawberry "syrup" which is good. It is stuff with a cream cheese type of filling. We came back to this place after a 2 year hiatus. Last experience was less than stellar. They renovated, or at least it looked like it this year. Doesn't look much different than it did before they closed it for a few months. Unfortunately, nothing changed in the quality of food. The service was decent and our server did the best she could, considering she was the only one assisting several tables. The food came out cold, or luke warm. The ham on top of the English muffin was so salty, combined with the chipotle sauce, it was too much. Took a lot away from otherwise a good idea for a meal. For the price paid for the waffle, one would expect 2 at least, considering that their pancakes are the size of a water main cover, and we know they use the same batter. We had honestly hoped it was going to be better and we could go back to eat here. Sadly, we probably won't go back anytime soon. read more

This is our 2nd attempt at coming here for Happy Hour. We sit at the bar, hoping it is more relaxed and we can enjoy ourselves. Each and every time the same "bartender" is rude, never asks if we need anything and when I told her this LAST time that I thought the sangria was very lemony, instead of making it right she said well thats was how it's made. Rude, absent-always hanging in the kitchen, and never asked if we needed water or anything else. When she was out here, it was to check her phone and a take a swig of her bottle of water. The food has gone downhill for a couple of years now. The protein portions on salads is very small and the prices are really high. They add a bunch of fees at the end of the tab and it's worse with pickup orders. It starts of with a takeout fee that runs in the $10+ range with a takeout packaging fee as well and then they add an included 18% gratuity when you have a 6 or more item order which I understand when being waited on but on TAKEOUT?!?!? Horrible experience. Came in for lunch at the bar on Monday Dec 20th and ordered chicken wings for appetizer with extra ranch. To our surprise, the second course, which was soup, came out that was just ordered but still no wings. However the soup was luke warm. 25 min later no wings and manager comes out to tell us that the wings were frozen and unthawed and apologized for the inconvenience. She then tells us our main course is almost ready but they are working on thawing wings. I told her I did NOT want my main course prior to the appetizer and notified her that soup was not hot. She apologized, then finally about 10 min later, the wings come out and they are stiff and hard, most definitely fried while still frozen. Plus, they forgot the extra ranch and silverware. We were surprised to get our check without any discounts after expressing our frustration of a ruined experience from beginning to end. Great place for breakfast! We went on a Sunday and they said they have $1 mimosas from 12-6!! Regular mimosas before then were $5. It's located in a shopping mall complex so there's plenty of free parking. We sat outside on their patio but there's indoor seating as well. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. For sides, we got the country potatoes and the kale apple salad which were both awesome. The country potatoes comes with a tasty aioli sauce. They didn't have any non-dairy options for coffee milk but our server said it was because they had run out so maybe this isn't the norm. read more

The hubby put this place as a must do in El Paseo so we went for breakfast on a Monday. We went to the second location downtown but they were closed, so we ended up back at the plaza for this location. Upon arriving we asked to be seated out side the hostess let us know it would be a moment they were clearing off tables. There were tables available that didn't need clearing but we were told to wait. Another customer came behind us after 5 minutes and was immediately sat at a table of 4 outside (the size we needed) --and yet they were still clearing a table for us . A gentlemen hostess appeared and asked if we had been helped we told him we had been told to wait to be seated. After another 5 minutes he finally came outside and told us to have a seat at table that did not need clearing. We waited on a table for about 12 minutes of clearly not needing to wait. Finally the eating-- our hostess came and our table was not given additional menus(we had one from waiting ) and no silverware. She took our drink order and said she would be back. They have mimosas but I did not see it on the menu . I asked for a mimosa and when I received it tasted funny-- the orange juice has a lavender taste-- I could have been wrong (it could have been freshly squeezed and I'm just so used to store bought) but the taste was weird. But I asked if they could remake it with less juice and more champagne (the champagne seemed flat). My second mimosa came back the same. I just didn't worry about it anymore nor did I finish it. It took our food 30 minutes to come out, and in between time our waitress barely checked on us or gave us and update until I asked. They did get crowded towards the end of our time there but not initially. I got the blueberry pancakes, bacon, eggs, and hash brown. My food came out cold but I didn't ask any questions. When arrived the restaurant had plenty available tables inside and outside, my party specified we did not mind being sat at either yet we waited over 30 minutes to be sat. We saw others arrive after sat and were sat before us, we asked why they said because they originally thought we only wanted to sit outside. The second time I complained they showed me a table that was empty an said they were cleaning it and the table would be ours. Over 10 minutes later we were finally called, when arrived to the table the table was still dirty. Our waitress was nice but she did not give us refills we had to ask for Tabasco 3 times, we had to ask for utensils. Ok. So moment of truth here. I really REALLY wanted to give this place more than 3 stars because of how good their food was and the huge portions. But i cannot help but feel that overall, it was just ok. I had some really delicious blackened shrimp tacos. Literally everything i hoped and dreamed it would be. They were 3 very generous sized shrimp tacos with about 5 whole big shrimps in each. It was very filling! Then you get 2 sides which added to how it was almost too much food. I got a side of sauteed mushrooms and a house salad. I couldnt finish the sides at all. After taxes it cost 18$ plus the gratuity surcharge for $2 since we had a table of 12. Meh. It was just a bit too pricey for a taco plate and majority of the group agreed for their plates. I would say the flavors, ingredients, and portions is what you pay for. The atmosphere is very cool and fun too. So it makes for a great time with friends and family. We were lucky to have a table set up immediately outside for 12. Getting our orders in took about 25 mins to finally get it. Then another 25 mins for the food to come thru. I expected the wait for food but getting our orders in was like pulling teeth. Our waiter wanted to make sure he got our drinks first and wouldnt take our food orders until he got the last 2 waters out. He also still had 2 other drinks he brought out way later after taking our order so not sure why the hold up. He also started to take our food orders only to abruptly be stopped by another employee, walked away without so much an apology or reason, and started taking orders at another table. I imagine lunch rush is always stressful and a large group doesnt help, but a little communication goes a long way. To make matters worse...they ran out of the marshmellow dip for sweet potatoe fries! some of my coworkers had their hearts set on that. I also had a bad feeling about ordering the Cucumber Mint Agua Fresca for $3... Im glad i didnt because i saw my friend's who ended up ordering it... It was literally Agua with cuts of cucumber and mint... For $3.... Inconceivable! So! I could not get past the 3 stars based on this experience. Perhaps another time would be different.
