No alternative solution was offered -- not a replacement meal, store credit, or any way to help resolve the situation. Since this is a family-owned restaurant it left us feeling stuck and unheard as customers. I understand policies exist, but spending that much money and leaving without being able to eat the food or get help addressing the issue was very frustrating. I hope management can improve how situations like this are handled so other customers don't have the same experience.

Came out in a huge portion and filled the plate. Right away, I saw the roast beef was dark colored. That could only mean one thing- Sam's Club deli meats. I would have thought that a diner like this would have housemade turkey, ham, and roast beef but apparently not! I would actually pay more for the quality of house cooked meats. That was a bummer!
