Anchor stores include Macy's, Von Maur, Dick's, and Barnes and Noble. A movie theater is a walk across the large parking lot. About 21 casual restaurants sell foods and beverages. I have shopped at this mall off and on for over 10 years. I shop mostly for women's clothing, foods, and gifts. During my most recent shopping trip, I felt happy with the condition of the mall and with the selection and prices of merchandise. Overall, I think that South Hills Village is one of the best malls in the Pittsburgh area.

Cheese, the rodent that robbed and murdered the inhabitants of Showbiz Pizza Place with his gang of knock-offs. Astoundingly, it still stands and thrives.

There's literally a little of everything. The Terminal is the sort of place where you intend to go for one thing and spend the rest of the hour wandering looking at cool stuff. If you have an afternoon to kill, it's definitely worth a look.

Overall, I think that this mall looks nice and is in good condition. I like some of the restaurants, but I do not do much shopping in the stores. Furthermore, the parking lot is sort of small, so I sometimes have to wait a short time to find a parking spot.

Service businesses include UPS, Quest Diagnostics, Massage Envy, H&R Block, Brentwood Bank, and several others. In this strip mall, I shopped in a few retail stores. On a busy Saturday, the free parking lot had a sufficient number of spaces for me to park my vehicle. I could not shop for clothing, shoes, or accessories here, but I was able to purchase some hygiene products, pet supplies, wines, etcetera.

The stores sell accessories, clothing, footwear, electronics, furniture, craft supplies, home decor, home-improvement products, pet supplies, video games, chocolates, etcetera. The stores are definitely not upscale (e.g., Best Buy, Cabela's, JCPenney, Kohl's, Menards, Old Navy, Target, and Walmart), but they sell what local people need. The restaurants serve cuisines such as burgers, fried chicken, pizzas, Mexican foods, Japanese foods, steaks, ice creams, etcetera. Most restaurants are chains (e.g., Bob Evans, Eat 'n Park, Fusion Steakhouse, Jimmy John's, Primanti Bros., and Texas Roadhouse), and all have a casual atmosphere. Service businesses provide healthcare, nail and hair styling, cell-phone plans, banking, etcetera. Entertainment includes a movie theater, simulated golf, and a sports complex. The mall also has many lower-priced clothing stores, including American Eagle, Banana Republic, Buckle, Chico's, Express, GAP, H&M, Hollister, J.Crew, J.Jill, Levi's, LOFT, Madewell, PacSun, Victoria's Secret, White House Black Market, and Zumiez. Unfortunately, a few of my favorite clothing stores have closed since my previous review. Several other stores sell shoes and accessories, such as Coach, Foot Locker, Kay Jewelers, Lens Crafters, Pandora, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski, Tumi, VisionWorks, and Warby Parker. The mall also has electronics stores such as Apple and phone stores. Stores for home goods include Crate and Barrel, RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), Tempur-Pedic, and Williams-Sonoma.
