So good...John Brown my not be the best barbecue spot overall in the five boroughs, but their smoked pastrami is undefeated. That smoked pastrami Reuben is undefeated and is the quiet star at John Brown. I also loved the toasted bread! It almost felt like a dessert, and honestly, I think it would pair really well with some ice cream in the future, even though ice cream isn't currently on the menu. I was also able to get a side of rice, which was a nice addition to the meal. I have to give a huge shout-out to the waitstaff as well. She was pretty much running the entire front of the restaurant by herself and was incredibly accommodating.
