I've done weight training for years and while I love it, I don't have an hour/hour and a half to devote to it. I love that in just 20 MINUTES, through the slow-motion strength training method that TPW (as I like to call it) uses, my workouts are far more effective than traditional methods. 20 Minutes! My heart rate is up and I can feel my body working hard but it's controlled and safe thanks to my trainer coaching me steadily through it. Having a coach pushing me beyond what I would think is my max, makes all the difference. I am gaining ground much quicker than weight training on my own in less than half the time. It's a really great workout, the people are just as great and genuinely friendly and knowledgeable about overall nutrition and anatomy of the body. The Perfect Workout is amazing! I love that it is twice a week with good results. However, just like any other program you still need to monitor your food intake and wine intake (which is hard for me :-) to achieve ultimate results. I have lost 15.5 inches and feel amazing! I have a bunch of free weights at home...that I don't ever use. Can't get myself to even pick them up. I really need some upper body strength so I saw an ad and went to check out The Perfect Workout. Long story short I have got that upper body strength mainly because I have an awesome trainer (Brody) who motivates me to push myself during my 20 minute session. So I've watched these trainers and they're really into it. They know the muscles of the body, they watch form while pushing them and it's really cool to see how the clients respond. Everyone here is upbeat, personable and genuine. The training is ridiculously rigorous lol they know their stuff!
