Perfect Window lives up to their name - we are so pleased with our new blinds, and couldn't be more grateful to Todd & Todd. Stellar customer service, top-notch installation, and absolutely delightful to work with. We just moved into a new home and have high-ceiling windows that aren't super accessible. We knew we needed to get some privacy since the lofts across the street look straight into our bedroom, and asked our friends for recommendations. Perfect Window got glowing recommendations so we reached out to see what the process would be like to get shades measured, ordered and installed. Todd and Todd were great! They offered to do an in-home consultation the next week, and came with ladders, samples, and measured our windows for us. They offered tons of recommendations, and gave pros and cons over the differences between honeycomb shades, motorized shades, etc! We knew we wanted a crisp, clean white shade, and preferred motorization since we wouldn't be able to reach the high-ceiling windows. We had a third balcony door that already had shades installed, so we asked Perfect Window to help us match the color as close as possible, and Perfect Window let us know they would email us a quote the next day. Once we got our quote, we were astonished. Not only was the quote super affordable and within our budget, Perfect Window had gone the extra mile and offered us broken-down, individualized quotes for non-motorized with an extension hook, motorized with battery, and motorized with solar panels - an option that essentially meant that we would never need to climb up to the high windows to swap out the battery. Easy decision - we went with the solar powered motorized blinds! In fact, the quote was so affordable and actually came in below our anticipated budget, so we asked Perfect Window to also give us a quote to swap out our existing balcony door shades, and they were happy to do so! We ended up picking a gorgeous, modern, stark-white color. As soon as we paid, Perfect Window gave us a timeframe of how long we should anticipate for our custom blinds to be made. Then the waiting game started! Perfect Window kept us in the loop every step of the way, and came by today to install our blinds! They are absolutely amazing - our home now has privacy, and my fiance and I have been lowering and raising the shades all day. This place is great. We had them do the window coverings for our formal dining room. We got a bid for the work from Perfect Window and 3 Day Blinds. The 3 Day Blinds bid was almost double Perfect Windows, and they couldn't get the work done for 2 months. Also, the 3 Day Blinds salesperson showed up to our house maskless and scoffed when we asked him to wear one (shortly before bragging about how he'd been in hundreds of homes over the last year giving estimates.) Then he took like an hour to measure 4 windows and try to sell us on the spot. Todd from Perfect Window came out, measured the windows within a few minutes, and ended up sending us a bid that was about half as much, with the work getting done within like two weeks. We were ecstatic to be able to choose their bid - we prefer using local service providers, and having one be faster and cheaper than the big name place was awesome. The window coverings actually arrived earlier than expected, and Perfect Windows was at our house right away installing them. It was great. Nothing wrong w their installation or communication, this is a review of their maintenance of the products they install. We had brand new hunter Douglas blinds installed in almost every room 2017 when we first bought the house. Todd came highly recommended by our realtor fast forward last few years, the cord on the blinds keeps breaking (at the weak part where it looks like it's melted together). Several times this happened, they would send someone to replace the cord and everytime it was $75 for "service call". The same thing keeps happening, I talked to a friend who used a different company and they are told HD has lifetime warranty and fixes are free. They don't get charged for "service" when it's a product problem. I decided to go w another company for install of cordless blinds, confirmed w them no charge for product issues. So WTH?! Why have I been paying $75 almost yearly for a cord that can't withstand not even daily use? I thought it was the norm, but it's not. Go w someone else, or question the "service charge". read more

If you are looking for a company that will measure your windows, and then share those measurements with you, do NOT go with The Perfect Window. Todd Storm with The Perfect Window had promised that he would measure our windows, then share those measurements with us. After I followed up on this promise via email, he responded: "Why are the measurements needed? I don't usually give them out." If you "don't usually give them out", it's very, very, shady business to promise that you WILL give them out, and then question the customer when they follow up on the promise. I will be moving forward with another company that doesn't waste my time and doesn't make promises that it doesn't intend to keep. read more

Todd was a life saver on my rental home in Davis. Tenant had left curtins in tangles and tattered do to unauthorized pets. Some curtains were even off of the mounts and left in the closet. I only had a few days to prepair for the next tenants. I was in a panic not knowing what I was giong to do. Called Todd on a Saturday morning, he arraived with in an hour remounted, repaired broken blindes added some hardwear and relubricated chain cords. I was back in business same day!
