We had our 2" Faux Wood Blinds installed by Ramos Window Coverings, throughout our entire two story house. Fernando was awesome to deal with from beginning to end. Very good customer service and a good product at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them in the future. read more

Had these guys out once again and once again I'm a satisfied customer! They repaired 7 of my blinds at a great price. At first I was thinking I had to replace the whole thing but then I decided to give them a call and see if the part that twists the blinds open could be repaired and they said YES. I was literally about to throw these perfectly good blinds away but now I'm happy I did not and even happier they work like they should. When in need of blind repair, installation or cleaning look no further. They will be cleaning all my blinds pretty soon! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We have gotten blinds repaired before but this time our experience was horrible. First of all, the lady in the front is a liar and very rude. We dropped off 2 blinds to get the strings repaired and washed. Came back the next day and they got repaired but not washed. She was so rude, took the whole amount and said that there w as s no order to wash them. My husband didn't want to deal with her, and just left. So. .... when we were going to wipe them down, we noticed the bottom broken. It wasn't broken when we gave it, the strings were the only things broken. I'm going to bring my blinds back on Tuesday to get them fixed and to talk with the manager. It was the worst experience so far. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in your customer service. Needed to add....they did not give me a receipt! read more

This company did the blinds at the home we used to rent and they did such an amazing job we gave them a call when we bought our own home. They installed shutters. The owner, a Veteran, came out and did the installation himself. Service was great, timely and they are very responsive! 10/10 recommend for any homeowners or businesses looking for blinds in the area. read more

Ramos was a great company to work with for my shutters. Fernando showed me different options, they stuck to estimated price and time. They turned out great. If you need shutters or blinds in the Roseville area him give them a call. Thanks! read more

I have used them twice and have been extremly satisfied. Most important to me was when we had a set of shutters that wern't holding up well, they contacted the factory and were able to get it replaced for us for free. They were so helpful and professional and delivered everything right on time. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in a heartbeat! read more

Ramos Window Coverings is simply great. After having difficulty getting a repair done by another local shop, I found Ramos and decided to give them a try. I'll never have to wonder again where to get a blind repaired; they're my go-to for life. Ramos' charge for the identical repair was less than the other place and, to my amazement, my blind was repaired while I waited (a grand total of about ten minutes). The other shop quoted me two to four business days and took about ten days. For me, part of customer service involves being treated in a friendly, welcoming manner. I got that in spades at Ramos; at the other place, not so much. I prefer not leave poor reviews unless I've had more than one negative experience 'cuz everyone can have an off day so I'm not doing a review of the other shop. I'm also not going back there again! read more

After being frustrated with trying to buy blinds from Home Depot and not receiving a call back from other companies I was referred to these guys by a friend. I called and they kindly answered all my questions, provided an estimate, delivered and installed within days! I will be using them again! read more

We have used Ramos Window Coverings for the last 5 years. They have replaced our blinds and also installed room darkening shades, so we can sleep in on Sunday mornings. Today we used them for cleaning all the 2" white blinds throughout the house, and they turned out amazing! Fernando is very professional, always on time and so respectful. Flora has given me samples of different fabrics to look at, and offered her honest opinion when needed. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is worth every star of my 5 star rating! read more

Truly 5-Star, as good as it gets! I had two 23 yr old wooden-slat blinds that needed re-stringing. I called Ramos Window Coverings and left a message. My call was quickly returned and I was given an estimate. I took the blinds in the next day and they were all ready to go in a few hours! The price was a fraction of replacing the blinds. I am very, very pleased with Ramos Window Coverings! read more

I want to thank Fernando and his staff for the great job. We ordered plantation shutters and 2" faux wood blinds. Fernando the owner, was the person who came out to give me a free in home consultation and answered any questions I had. I like how I got to work with the owner as oppose to a sale consultant. Fernando was professional, honest, and he also gave me the best price in town! read more

I just moved to a new home and needed to re-do all the blinds in my house. A good friend of mine recommended Ramos Window Coverings so I called them up. I wasn't sure about cost but I spoke with the owner Fernando and he gave me a free estimate and ended up not being bad pricing. I ordered blinds for my living room and kitchen and I am so excited how quick and reliable this company is. I am also very pleased with the new look to my home. I had issues with going to home depot and them over pricing me and giving me the run around. I was happy my friend recommended me to call Ramos Window Coverings. I would recommend this company to everyone, great costumer service. read more

Unfortunately there are only 5 stars or I would give these folks 10. They are awesome. Showed up at their shop without an appointment with blind in hand needing repair. Almost immediately I was greeted by a staff member who proceeded to repair my blind in about 3 minutes while I waited. Cannot say enough about that kind of customer service.
