Had these guys out once again and once again I'm a satisfied customer! They repaired 7 of my blinds at a great price. At first I was thinking I had to replace the whole thing but then I decided to give them a call and see if the part that twists the blinds open could be repaired and they said YES. I was literally about to throw these perfectly good blinds away but now I'm happy I did not and even happier they work like they should. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We have gotten blinds repaired before but this time our experience was horrible. First of all, the lady in the front is a liar and very rude. We dropped off 2 blinds to get the strings repaired and washed. Came back the next day and they got repaired but not washed. She was so rude, took the whole amount and said that there w as s no order to wash them. My husband didn't want to deal with her, and just left. So. .... when we were going to wipe them down, we noticed the bottom broken. It wasn't broken when we gave it, the strings were the only things broken. I'm going to bring my blinds back on Tuesday to get them fixed and to talk with the manager. It was the worst experience so far. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in your customer service. Needed to add....they did not give me a receipt! read more

Ramos Window Coverings is simply great. After having difficulty getting a repair done by another local shop, I found Ramos and decided to give them a try. I'll never have to wonder again where to get a blind repaired; they're my go-to for life. Ramos' charge for the identical repair was less than the other place and, to my amazement, my blind was repaired while I waited (a grand total of about ten minutes). The other shop quoted me two to four business days and took about ten days. For me, part of customer service involves being treated in a friendly, welcoming manner. I got that in spades at Ramos; at the other place, not so much. I prefer not leave poor reviews unless I've had more than one negative experience 'cuz everyone can have an off day so I'm not doing a review of the other shop.
