I 100% recommend using Ultimate Shutters for your new shutter installation! Guillermo is both the owner and installer, and working with him was so easy and helpful. He made great and thorough recommendations and the pricing was good. I also appreciated the fact that he doesn't outsource the installation to another company. The shutters turned out beautifully and were so happy with them! read more

When I started looking for shutters, I knew I wanted something that was priced fairly and with good customer service. Adrian surpassed my expectations. Since the beginning, Adrian was clear, quick to respond, and continued to let me know that I can always reach him through text, call, or email if I had any questions or concerns. He was also very respectful when I had requested that he wear a mask because of my father's health conditions. He truly cares about his family business AND customers, which I can't say is true for all companies. I got quotes from 4 companies and the quote I got from Adrian was one of the lowest. And even though it was less than $100 more than my lowest quote, he was able to beat it. If you're looking for blinds, shutters, or any other window covering, do yourself a favor and contact Ultimate Shutters. Adrian was such a dream to work with and you will not regret it. Thank you Adrian for being amazing and so incredibly easy to work with! read more

April 2024: Wow, what an amazing company. I had 5 different companies come give us quotes and Ultimate Shutters outshined all of them. They know the market so well and will give you a great deal. They extend their savings to their customers. Not only do they offer free estimates, pass on their savings to the customers, and offer great prices, but they take the time to patiently explain different options based on their wealth of experience. Customer service is so important and for them to go above/beyond to help bring you the best customized option for your exact needs helped make all the difference. This father/son duo are extremely kind, responsive, professional, and awesome. The measurements were triple checked and the installation was fast too. We are so impressed. They transformed our space into something better than I could have ever imagined. We chose the Alta Shutters, split center, for a more modern elegant look. We loved the work so much, we immediately signed our contract to have them start some other parts of the house next!!! Our only regret was not hiring them sooner. Hire Ultimate Shutters for all your shutter needs! read more

We decided to go with Ultimate Shutters because it has very good ratings and I can attest that they earn this with great customer service. The quality of the material is great and looks amazing. Memo, our installation guy is great! There was a hickup with their provider in getting the shutters here in the scheduled time but they gave me a call to tell me about the situation. They asked if I wanted my money back and cancel the order but I still went with them because I appreciate the honesty and communication. read more

From consultation to installation, Ultimate Shutters communicated every step of the way to ensure we were delighted with our new window coverings. Instead of shutters, we opted for cellular shades to minimize the heat in our son's room and my office (both get pummeled by the afternoon sun). We love that they're a small, family-run business; they're all about customer service and value for your investment. That was evident in the way we were treated throughout the entire process. Adrian was very patient and answered all our questions about colors, styles, and configurations. And his father, Guillermo, meticulously measured and installed our shades. The day he installed them, they fit perfectly and looked fantastic! In the day and age of cookie-cutter, big-box businesses, it's refreshing to do business with a company like Ultimate Shutters. read more

My recent experience with Ultimate Shutters was top notch. I had acquired quotes from 3 different places, two of which were big businesses who sent sales representatives to my home. When Adrian arrived, he explained that Ultimate Shutters was a family-run operation with no "middle-man." He also explained that their installer was not someone who was outsourced, but rather someone who was from within their family-owned business. That meant a lot to me because, in my experience, those are elements that help to keep costs down and a business run more smoothly. Needless to say, I hired Ultimate Shutters to install blinds for 4 windows. The blinds were installed within 5 weeks, the time period Adrian had assured me they would be in my home. This installation period was quicker than what I had been told by the other shutter companies I had contacted. And...another bonus was that the cost of the shutters was significantly lower than what I had been quoted by the other two companies, with options like split tilt included at no additional cost. I've been in my new home for just 4 months, and I can safely say this is my favorite purchase so far. My neighbors also think the shutters are "just beautiful!" Thank you Adrian and Ultimate Shutters! I have several more windows to add shutters to, and I will definitely be calling you again. read more

Just moved from Bay Area to the Sacramento Area (Citrus Heights) needed window treatments and was very cautious on who to use. Called one company, couldn't do estimate for 2 weeks, another never got back to me, and one could do all shades, but shutters would take 3 months! Finally called Ultimate Shutters and spoke to Adrian, he was very fast getting back to me. Long story short, sooo happy I trusted them! Great Customer Service, great prices, and excellent installation! Would highly recommend. Small Father and Son team, who care about their customers! My shutters and shades came in about 3 weeks! And they look beautiful. Don't hesitate and waste your time with other companies, these guys deliver. So happy with their work. Thank you! read more
