They used it for the first 3 months (rainy season) and then left it sitting for the next 4 months. While it sat, wet from the rain they'd brought in, it got covered in mold. Every single square inch was COVERED in black mold, down to the metal. I honestly thought the truck was completely ruined. This shop was amazing from beginning to finish. They picked up the truck for me because it was unsafe for my son and I to be in it, they were genuinely concerned about if I would have enough food to last until they were able to finish it. They did everything they could to work with my budget, and kept me updated every step along they way. They were so nice, and made an incredibly stressful situation not completely miserable. When their work was done, they brought it back to me and it was SPOTLESS. It honestly looked like new, I've never seen it look that good. They didn't just clean the upholstery, they legitimately did a full mold remediation for me. I can't thank them enough. I appreciate the fact he had a next day availability, flexible time, along with an affordable price. I expressed that I would pay $50 more (and I did) to ensure my vehicle is detailed properly. On the day of service, he saw my car and I again shared my expectations. His initial feedback was that my car is an easy job to detail ( but yet, after he completed the work they were many areas that were not effectively addressed. When I showed him areas that I was not satisfied with, that's when the correct tools and cleaning solution was applied.) Overall, I received a decent quality internal detail. The lingering pet odor in my car is no longer present. In my opinion I would preferred there was initially a higher degree of ownership or pride in ensuring my seats were properly shampooed, steamed, and cleaned. It would have been nice to receive a complimentary external wash considering the extra $50 I paid. Total I paid: $200.
