    First off, Perfect Touch does more than linens, they should probably update their company name to include floral and decor so that people do not think they are exclusively linens. I met with PT 8-9 months before my wedding date (probably too early on my part) and met with a woman named Shelley McDonald. She seemed like she was going to be great to work with because she knew what I was looking for and very friendly. She was actually one of the main reasons we decided to choose PT because we liked her so much and she promised to get us exactly what we wanted and even lowered prices on some things. However, Shelley decided to jump ship and left for another company about 3 months later. That is when Coral, their admin and sales, stepped in and facilitated our wedding floral and linen. She was helpful in getting us what we needed and introduced us to William, who became our floral designer. To be honest, we were wondering if we made a huge mistake at first when Shelley left. But William was really great, and he eased our worries about the floral and decor. We sat down and went through every single line item on our previously signed invoice with William and Coral and he gave us his own suggestions and recommendations that helped knock down the price and what he felt would look better. We liked that he made it his own and didn't do exactly what Shelley previously did for us. Closer to the wedding we did a mock set up of the linens and floral for our three centerpieces. I was very relieved to see that everything was going to look great and William's vision was actually really good. Wedding day: Floral, linen, and decor looked really really great! My bouquet was beautiful and the reception and ceremony altar looked amazing. PT didn't have a large cross for the altar but they found one for us to use, which was really great on their part. William even came to the venue himself to make sure everything looked perfect and looked like what we discussed. We didn't have scratched chargers (that I know of) at our wedding like some other customers did. It was definitely an unfortunate circumstance at first, but overall they exceeded expectations. I think they have really turned the company around in the last year of so. Some previous reviews are pretty awful, but I don't agree.

    I did book rather close to my wedding and selected items in stock. They had a decent linen (color) variety and were helpful showing me several options at my last minute appointment. I went over with Mehak a chair bow I had found on pinterest, she tied it the same way and took a photo of the chair sash , then made a notation on my paperwork that she had a photo for the chair sash bow. Once at the reception, I turned around to my chair excited to show my new husband how it was decorated and immediately I was disappointed by the chair bow. It was the little details I worked hard to put together that helped make the reception pretty. So seeing one NOT as it should be was frustrating. It was nothing more than a hideous side bow at the top of the chair. They did not even try for the diagonal sash with a bow that I had gone over with them and was on my contract. I paid $100 for a delivery fee; I expected things to be set up correctly. I HONESTLY WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN THE CHAIR SASHES HAD I KNOWN I WOULD GET THAT BOW. They were a complete disappointment as our chairs were the only chairs to receive sashes. My guests received the standard silver chargers; several of them were chipped/scratched up. That was a little disappointing also. I am still glad I got them, but maybe they need to do better quality control. I emailed Mehak two days after my wedding and did not receive a response. My planner even said she emailed her. If she would have responded, I would have given 4 stars. However, because of the lack of courtesy to provide a response to the issue, they get 1 star less.

    Scott did a fantastic job!! He was competent, attentive, so understanding of all of my likes and…read moredislikes. He was respectful of our budget and really worked with me and my wedding coordinator to make small changes to help out with the budget without changing the overall image. I was floored by the look of our tables and flowers the day of our wedding. I could not have even dreamed what I saw on the day of my wedding. I'd choose blooming gallery over, and over again every time!!

The flowers were unreal - they had such a gorgeous selection and put together the perfect arrangements. They definitely take the approach of under promising and over delivering. Allt he arrangements were huge and beautiful. They appeared to be growing their selection of other decor but what they have now is great as well. They were easy to get a hold of, really prompt, always followed through with getting me information they promised, etc. Also, Scott is hands down one of th eeasiest people to work with. I went back and forth on what I wanted and then had to trim out a bit because of budget. He worked with me, kept fixing the proposal and coming up with new ideas. He seems to really get people's visions and have amazing recommendations to bring it to life. My parents who are extremely critical of wedding vendors even commented on how great he was. They definitely didn't love the bill but I don't think they would have liked anyones prices. Flowers are stupidly expensive! I was going backa nd forth between Darryl and Co. and Blooming Gallery and am really thankful I went with Blooming Gallery. I'll save my criticism of Darryl for another day.
