She is very personable and really gives you the peace of mind that she's got it all taken care of so that you can enjoy your event. I have attended multiple events organized by Lachelle in the past ranging from large diners hosted at restaurants, happy hours at local bars, baby showers, birthdays, and corporate meetings. Lachelle has always been very responsive and well organized. She puts so much thoughtful detail into all her work. I have never been to an event that didn't have every detail down, from seating to parking, she's thought it all out for you.

I want to express my deep disappointment with the management at La Fontaine. We have used this…read moreballroom for multiple events over the years, including my own wedding, but this recent experience was by far the worst. Our niece's 15th party on 7/12 had several issues starting with the setup. Two main decor features listed in the contract were not installed. When we raised this with the manager on duty, Mr. Sergio , we were told these features were missing and too late to be set up. The decor manager should have proactively informed us about the shortfall and arranged a credit for the missing items, but no communication was made. The decor manager did not hold any accountability that she list some decor in the ballroom. The maintenance of the ballroom also showed a significant decline. Four industrial portable AC units were in use--was this communicated beforehand? Was the main AC not functioning? If so, should we receive compensation for this? Additionally, many ceiling tiles had visible water stains hidden behind fabric. Why weren't these replaced? It feels like an attempt to hide the damage. The gold glass tables inside were dirty and not cleaned before the event as well. Customer service at the bar was equally disappointing. The bartender, Patricia, displayed a poor attitude, was slow, and lacked the energy expected in her role. My father-in-law even had to step behind the bar to help because of her slow service, which offended her. She also cut people off arbitrarily, handling the situation poorly and causing discomfort for many guests. A bartender should be upbeat, efficient, and courteous, none of which were evident. On a positive note, the manager Sergio was great trying to resolve these issues, though the decor manager did not support him well and clearly needs retraining on client communication and decor management. Overall, this experience was hugely disappointing, especially given the high price and reputation La Fontaine portrays was not refilled and run down. I hope my feedback is taken seriously to improve the quality of service in the future.

I've been trying to cancel a reservation for the last week and a half and have been unable to reach…read moreanyone at the office. Every time I've called the main number there is either no answer or the call gets transferred to a spanish speaking operator who is in another country. I emailed the business and did receive a response several days later stating that I would get an email to sign a cancellation document, that was on Friday, October 4th, today is Wednesday the 9th and still no response. I've even emailed them twice back since October 4th to follow up about the cancellation document and still have not heard back, Ive also continued to call numerous times and still nothing. The lady who initially signed our contract was Mrs Esmeralda Torres. Apparently she is no longer with the business, she was super helpful and would always be quick to answer the phone or answer any questions. It seems there is currently no one there during normal business hours. I even went to the business in person on Thursday, October 3rd during normal business hours to try and speak with someone but the gate was closed. I did happen to speak with a neighbor who lives next to the business and he informed me that the business was going through either management change or ownership change. I would rate the current status of this business as a 0/5 stars. If you have an event in the near future good luck working with management.

Because Brittney is our only daughter, and we were married 28 years ago, we really had no idea that weddings had changed so much from "way back on the day." It is also very important to mention that Brittney and David's idea for their wedding was not the traditional. Brittney does not like to wear dresses and they chose for the bride to wear boots and jeans because that is where she feels more comfortable. So many people judged her and looked down their noses at her for doing it that way. But, they held strong to what they wanted! Lynne never judged and never made Brittney feel any less a bride and for that, I will always be thankful. The wedding was beautiful! Lynne is a like a magician and made everything so perfect for what The new Mr. and Mrs. Kern had envisioned. The food that the bride and groom chose was a beef tips dish, with garlic mashed potatoes, a salad and veggies. It really was very tasty! The cakes were beautiful and the DJ was everything they could have asked for. He kept people up and dancing and enjoying the party! She worked with me early to make sure she had a good idea of how to coordinate my wedding. The week leading up to the wedding she quickly dealt with problematic last minute changes and remedied them quickly. During the event she was my right hand in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Desi weddings are not easy, and involves lots of people and events, she did all the research, looked into all the details and it was absolutely amazing!
