My venue recommended this photographer, so it was a no brainer for me. It was important for me to go with the venue's choice as the venue is a dimly lit place and I was told that an inexperienced photographer could have issues. Scott was a breeze to contact, email, and sign the contract. After that, it was just waiting. He did send reminders for the day of before the wedding, which were helpful. Scott showed up on time, if not slightly early, and shot pictures of me, the bride, in my hotel room and throughout the ceremony/reception at the venue. All the guests thought he was great and I'm impressed with all the photos he was able to get of the guests on top of the shots of me and the groom. The wedding was Nov. 7 and I had pictures 1.5 months later, which I think is amazing- especially for how busy he is! I have a friend that waited 3 months for just the first look photos! I highly recommend Scott Kelley photography, he was very fun, efficient, and the photos look great! read more

WOW! Scott did such a fantastic job for my daughter's wedding reception party. Not only was he a master behind the camera but a true professional. He arrived on time, maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor and made us feel at ease throughout the session. These were absolutely beautiful photos and he was able to capture so many amazing memories from our special day. I plan to use only SCOTT in the future for any photo session I need. Thank you Scott for the wonderful photos. read more

Scott did a great job for my wedding photos on 11/25/23. Kathryn and I are very happy with the quality of his work and would highly recommend to anyone searching for a photographer. Being that I am a Photographer myself starting in the late 70's, I know what to look for and can be very picky. He also did my daughter's wedding back in 2015 is to where I found out about him. Kathryn and I are very satisfied. read more

I recently used Scott for my engagement photos and had a wonderful experience. I emailed Scott regarding services and he called me within 30 minutes so we could talk about what I was wanting for the shoot; I was on a strict time frame and he was able to schedule a shoot very quickly that worked with my schedule. Scott is truly amazing to work with, he had so many fun unique ideas while doing our engagement shoot and the final result was AMAZING. We ended up with so many great shots that looked like they were straight out of a bridal catalog. Scott Kelley is very professional and a true artist. I can't wait to use him again at my wedding. read more

Scott was the PERFECT photographer for our out of the box COVID wedding. With so many uncertainties about the timeline of the day, it put me at ease to know Scott was there, capturing ever moment without my having to worry. He took extra care to capture the unique moments of our day - including a wedding crashing crew of our friends and a drive by parade - that will always be memorable. The photos are stunning and are the best way to share the special day with those who could not be present. I can't wait until our re-do wedding day in the fall, where Scott will be there again - capturing the best moments to cherish forever! read more

Scott is so fun to work with! He's very professional, responds quickly to emails, and get your pictures back to you in a very timely manner. But he's also just a fun, friendly guy - very easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. I had Scott shoot my bridal portraits and the photos at my recent wedding. I was very pleased with both experiences. They were both affordable and a great value for the money. I have no hesitations in recommending Scott Kelley to anyone who's looking for a great, professional, and fun photographer. read more

I've had Scott Kelley photograph me twice and both of my experiences were incredible! Scott is a blast to work with and a true professional- his talent, versatality and energy always results in an outcome that's greater than expected. Most recently I needed graduation photos taken. I contacted Scott on short notice and he set up a time for us to shoot within a few days! I was nervous at first, I had never had photos taken of just me and was worried about how to pose and that I would just end up looking and feeling silly. But my experience was the complete opposite of that - Scott made me feel more than comfortable, I felt like a star! He listened to what I wanted to get out of the shoot and posed me until I felt confident enough to freestyle it. After the shoot I asked Scott if it was possible to get the photos within two weeks (my graduation was only a month away and I needed to get invites out!) he said it was no problem - he gave me a few sample photos the very next day and had everything complete in a week! Absolutely incredible experience! Scott also photographed my mother's wedding (and her engagements). This was such an incredible day for my family and Scott captured it beautifully. His wedding albums are like nothing I've ever seen before, such a wonderful way to remember a special day - I've looked at my mom's countless times! Thank you Scott!! read more

I've had the privilege of working with Scott Kelley twice. The first time was for my wedding and the second time was for a maternity shoot. Scott is truly a professional in every sense of the word. He has a journalistic style of photography which I love and pays incredible attention to detail. I encourage anyone to take a look at his gallery of photos on his site. He listens to what you want and is very easy to work with. He has great energy so he will capture amazing moments from the beginning to the very end of your special day. I also appreciate Scott's professionalism when it comes to the logistics of his business. His prices are stated upfront and are fair. No hidden costs or charges. His turnaround time is incredible (He had my wedding photos up in less than 2 weeks) and has a great selection of books to choose from. He has never been late to any shoot (bridal, wedding, maternity) and you get what he promises you. Thank you Scott! read more

Well he did it again! Scott has done two of my cousins weddings whose pictures turned out stunning, so of course I decided to have him capture the biggest day of my life! Between my engagements, bridals and day of, my husband and I are beyond happy with our photos! We didn't have a videographer but with the outstanding photos capturing the best of our big day we will be able to look back and remember all the details! Scott knows what he is doing and he has such a way of making you feel beautiful and confident in yourself! Thank you Scott for creating these memories for us! read more

I love all of the pictures so much Scott. You are awesome and totally worth the investment!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Scott Kelley did my wedding in July and it was great! I carefully selected him as our photographer as I saw his previous work and he did not let us down. We still get so many compliments on our wedding pictures, he's one of a kind, with a great talent. On top of that, our wedding albums are top quality, my husband and I are so very pleased with Scott and all his hard work. I would definitely recommend to all Houston brides looking for a top of the line wedding photographer. read more

We just had our wedding a week ago and Scott was our photographer again (he also did our engagements). The photos from our wedding are beyond what I ever imagined. I've looked at this album a thousand times! I am so sad the day is gone but so glad that my amazing photographer did a perfect job so I can re-live it. Thank you!!!! read more

Did a fabulous job! I just got through them all, and he was spot on in capturing all the great moments. I was especially impressed with the church photos. I hadn't realized he was up in the balcony taking them! I was worried that we wouldn't get any during the ceremony, and he got all of the ceremony highlights. There are far too many great photos to single out at the moment - all I can say is Scott and his assistant did an incredible job. He has my highest recommendation! read more

We hired Scott Kelley to photograph my daughter's engagement, bridal and wedding photos. We have been very pleased with Scott and his work. My favorite photos were the bridals. Despite being shot outside on a rainy day, they came out gorgeous, like something you would see in a magazine. The engagement and the wedding photos were excellent as well. I was VERY impressed with how quickly we had access to the proofs, and also how fast the photos were delivered after ordering them....even the large portrait-sized photos. I will definitely use Scott again for any other photography needs I may have in the future, and would highly recommend his services to anyone else! read more

Scott was recommended to us by one of our friends who had used him for their wedding. Scott is reasonably priced and very easy to work with. We were very content with our photos (we had done engagement, bridal, & wedding photos). I very much appreciated Scott's promptness with communication and feedback as it can get frustrating to have a vendor lack in customer service or communication during the whole planning process and hoping he/she shows up! I never had any doubt with Scott and appreciated him showing up early to every event he was taking photos of! Scott is willing to work with his client and what they are looking for. He's a pro for a reason with a good heart! Thanks Scott for everything! :) All of our family and friends have been happy with your final beautiful, everlasting, memorable photos as well as professionalism. Look forward to working with you on a future album (which as well from his samples were GORGEOUS!!)! Truly an artist who knows how to capture moments! Highly recommend! :) read more
