He assured me that that he would take the flowers to her on his way home ( since she would be getting off late). He did that, left it at the front desk and made sure it got to her. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. at a hotel in Houston. I placed my order online and then called to make sure they could leave the flowers at the front desk since she wouldn't be getting off work until late. The gentleman who answered the phone was absolutely wonderful--kind, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. He assured me he would personally deliver the flowers to the hotel on his way home so they would be waiting for her. He followed through exactly as promised, left them safely at the front desk, and made sure they reached her. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and the customer service was truly exceptional. It's rare to find a business that goes above and beyond like this. I can't thank them enough for making my friend's day so special. I highly recommend them!

CONSUMER BEWARE I…read moreused Postal Zone to occasionally forward packages to an out of state address. I signed up for Postal Zone's mail forwarding services via AnytimeMailbox.com. Apparently certain employees at the Postal Zone do not know how to use the mail forwarding software because they make mistakes and they put a CRAZY profit markup on simple mail forwarding services. On my end, I am asked if there are any special directions that I want Postal Zone to take note of. I notated my account to reflect that ALL packages are to be mailed via USPS Priority Mail. They did this correctly the first time, but then it was downhill from there. My most recent package was forwarded via USPS Ground...which takes a very long time for me to receive. I tried calling Postal Zone, after my 3rd call...someone finally answered. I pointed out their error, but they would not admit mistake and claimed that their software doesn't have my Priority Mail notes on they end. I pointed out that they had been following my notes and forwarding packages via Priority Mail, but the guy I spoke to would not even acknowledge this statement (despited there is a digital log on my previous shipment from them). Even the mail forwarding software company, AnytimeMailbox.com, got involved and called them to show them how to view my notes (they could see them too), but the Postal Zone employee told the software people that they were wrong and there are no notes. And.. Businesses like Postal Zone get discounted shipping rates, they don't pay retail. However, the Postal Zone more than doubles the retail cost of shipping for USPS Priority Mail (keep in mind that the USPS provides the envelopes for free). The literally put my package into a USPS flat rate envelope (less than 2 minutes to do). In summary, they may have good in-person customer service, but I would not use them for mail forwarding.

I got there right at 11:30 and shortly thereafter a line of 5 people built up so try to come early or right after his lunch break is over.

Javier and the Floral events team was truly a pleasure to work with. Our first meeting set the groundwork and we discussed overall colors and theme. The second meeting we got to see our vision come to life in the form of a few sample arrangements. My husband and I did not allocate a large portion of our wedding budget to floral, but oh my did it look gorgeous!!! Javier wants his customers to be happy so he suggested ways we could get the "wow factor" without breaking the budget. We opted for gorgeous candelabra floral arrangements on 8 of 18 tables. This provided the grandness we were looking for, without having the most expensive arrangement on every table. Delivery was timely and as expected. Before selecting KC Events & Florals, I conducted a tremendous amount of research on local floral design companies. I wanted to be sure I worked with someone who truly understood my vision (in other words, they were able to take it and run with it). I was able to find that with Sherronda within the first few minutes of speaking with her about my floral design needs. She was very accommodating (given that the wedding was occurring during a pandemic) and worked extremely hard to achieve my desired look without blowing my budget. Not once did I ever have to worry about the outcome because Sherronda always stayed on top of any changes that I had to make throughout the wedding planning process (there were so many due to COVID). On the day of my wedding I was floored at how beautiful everything had turned out because it was actually better than what I had envisioned myself. Sherronda and her team definitely went above and beyond. You could literally feel the passion in her work and see that she took her time in crafting each bouquet and centerpiece. She even took extra steps to ensure everything was perfect by helping the venue staff align all the menus and name cards in pristine positions on the tables for an overall clean look (VERY keen on details and I truly appreciated it!) Also worth mentioning, Sherronda and her team customer service is impeccable. They went as far as delivering personal items that were accidentally left behind in the bridal suite after the wedding and fixing my hair for photos taken during the room reveal. These acts of kindness made me even more grateful that I made the decision to work with a company as caring as they were. I'm so glad I trusted her as a vendor. I will definitely reach back out to KC Events and Florals for any future events as well as refer friends and family in need of floral designing.

Again, Cristina not only did not disappoint, she went above and beyond to give us total confidence my daughter's wedding florals would be beautiful. She worked with us on our unique requests, treating us as individuals, not just another customer in the que. To save some money, Cristina was even on location, to transport several chapel bouquets to the nearby reception location to be used again.
