Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.

Very disappointing to have to then walk all the way down those stairs. Also a large hot tub that is for only over 18 - don't even think of putting your toe in it if you're under the age limit as you will immediately be chastised. There also is a whirlpool which is fun but don't put your head under the water as you will immediately have a whistle blown at you. My advice is make sure to go with friends or make sure that you're going to play in the pool with your kids. There isn't enough attractions to hold interest for long. For the price of $6 each tho I think we did ok Bathrooms dressing rooms were adequate.

The head lifeguard said no, the other lifeguards will watch him. Some special needs children require accommodations that caretakers like his father (me) are highly attuned to. The teenaged lifeguards would simply blow their whistles and scream at my son as they've done before. I am there to assist as needed so 1) we avoid the screaming lifeguards, and 2) so he can experience what all the other kids can do on their own. Obviously we didn't go on it. Thanks for understanding, SplashDown, we'll never go there again. Side note: Some of these lifeguards hate their life and shouldn't be there.

For now I will mark this as a favorite because momma was able to rest. There wasn't a line which was amazing and they now accept reservations. And the staff for rides did a good job explaining what would happened before and after the ride ended. We seen all four shows talented dancers did a great job Engaging the audience and was very exciting . Staff helping to assist in and out of the shows also did a great job. It's such a great spot to burn summer energy and also practice water skills. I found the lifeguards to be really attentive and constantly counting the swimmers in their sections. My kids absolutely love the big and small waterslides and rode them about 20 times over the course of an hour or two. Even just a few days before the Fourth of July holiday, because we were there first thing, there were no lines, and things ran smoothly. I'm excited to check it out again, perhaps at a bit busier time, but it was great for our first visit.
