    Big Texas Burger

Service was top of the line, quick, helpful and friendly. The big Texas burger was tasty, but could've used a little bit more of the blueberry BBQ sauce. My only complaint is that I wish they had more side options. I got the brisket Mac as a side and it was really good. The atmosphere was relaxed and not too loud. Overall, I would come back!

Some of the best pub grub I've ever had. The GOAT sauce wings were great and those duck fat fries are delicious! Wife got the pork nachos and loved them. Kids got some grilled cheeses and they were monster sandwiches. The nitro root beer was alright. The only reason it's 4/5 is because a good portion of the arcade/pinball machines either didn't work or stole my quarters.

We had a party of 6 plus a toddler at 7:30 pm on Thursday, 10/31/24. Service was quick and good! Here's what I had: - Poke Stacked Nachos ($15): We all shared. So good! Very generous portion! - Gouda Mac ($14): We all shared. Creamy and rich! - Big Texas Burger ($12): This was sooo good!! Pleasantly surprised! The fries were great too. Everyone who got beer also enjoyed their beer and flights! Fun options! I recommend!

I was attending a Marshall basketball game with my Dad and brother, and we decided to grab a bite to eat before the game. I was excited to check out the Peddler. We started with the duck fat fries. The fries were cooked in duck fat, hence the name lol. They were hot and tasty. And I enjoyed both dipping sauces, but the beer cheese was my favorite. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it did not disappoint. The brisket was tender and juicy! I also tried my brother's huge shepherd's pie and it was delicious! I cannot forget to mention the gouda mac and cheese. Cooked and served in a cast iron skillet, it was delightful! The service was good and I loved the decor! I would absolutely recommend the Peddler. I can't wait to go back and try other menu items when I am in town.

Whenever we dine at Peddle, we always have a fantastic time. The food is consistently excellent, and the appetizers are genuinely delightful. The service is friendly and efficient, and the ambiance is lively and enjoyable. Moreover, they have a wide range of vegetarian--and vegan-friendly options, making it an excellent choice for all dietary preferences. I highly suggest visiting them!

Great beer selection. They have something for any beer drinker. Fun nostalgic names for food and drinks. Would definitely come back. Might even get the wonton pork nachos and Brawndo (orange Gatorade Sour beer) again.

We came here on a Friday night for dinner. We were in Huntington for the Marshall Marathon. It was a little busy in here (it must be good) but we were seated without a wait. Given that it was a marathon weekend, home football game weekend, and a Friday night at a college town that's pretty good. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Our server was nice and friendly. You could tell that it's a college town because majority of the servers were college aged people. The wait for our food was about average. We ordered the Top Secret Burger. It was good. We also ordered the Pimento Cheese Bacon Fries Thing (I don't remember the real name for it). It was also delicious. It was fairly big--we split it between two people and still had extra after eating until we both were full. They also give you complementary popcorn (instead of how most restaurants give you complementary bread while you wait for your meal). That was unique. Overall it was a good local place. I recommend coming here if you're in town.

The dry rub wings and elote are a few of my favorites. Many craft beer selections are made onsite. This is one of my favorite stops.

Even once we were seated the server was telling us that the kitchen was a bit backed up so that is why our food was taking a little longer. Our waitress was nice and friendly. She gave us honest opinions about the items on the menu, which is always great to have. We ordered the Meggie's Bread Sticks with Cheese as our appetizer. It was delicious, especially with the added cheese. It came with some red sauce stuff to dip the bread sticks in. The pizza we got was the 14 inch Gladiator. It had 6 slices. It was good, but a bit messy (and hot when it first came out). At the end we ordered the Backyard Hay Stack (minus the nuts). That was really good as well and we devoured it. The ambience was good. It was a little loud, however it was crowded. There was a little astronaut theme going on here. I recommend coming to Backyard Pizza.

We met a former WWE wrestler who was sitting at a table, too. But back to the restaurant - the flavor is there. My one issue the bottom of the pizza dough was very flimsy on both pizzas we ordered (Kale braised and the gladiator) so the cheese and toppings slid right off when taking the first bite. Like I said the flavor is there though. Had the peddler red IPA and it was terrific. Also had a very tasty kale salad. If they get a nice soft but firm bottom to the pizza slices, this place would be a 5/5. Would we return, yes!

Parking is street parking, which is very limited, especially on the weekends. I used to go there regularly when I lived in Marietta, but it had been years since I'd eaten there, and I'd forgotten how good their food is. I ordered an appetizer for dinner (chicken and black bean quesadillas). My sons both ordered the Cuban and fries, and my son's girlfriend had an Alfredo penne pasta with grilled chicken and a salad, which looked delicious! They ordered nachos with beef for the table, which were just okay. Made a quick stop in the ladies restroom, I found it to be nicely decorated, but definitely in need of a cleaning. It wasn't terribly dirty, but they should have someone regularly checking on it, and it looked like it hadn't been checked on for a while. Service was decent. Waitress was busy, but helpful. She wasn't super friendly, but was professional. Prices are on the high end for the area, but portions are adequate. Overall, I enjoy supporting locally owned restaurants, and this one is one of the better options for the area.
