First, whoever is responsible for maintaining the pools and hot tub isn't doing the job well. Over the past few months, I haven't experienced clean water a single time. The hot tub rarely has more than a couple working jets, and it's been that way for as long as I can remember. The pool behind the hot tub, which is usually cold, is now covered with green stuff and mold, leaves, and other debris. It's not only unpleasant, it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. No one should have to wonder whether the water is safe to swim or relax in. The rest of the facility isn't much better. The gym itself is frequently dirty, and it often feels like basic cleaning is being neglected. Equipment is also regularly out of service, with broken machines sitting for extended periods with notes on them before they're repaired. When you're paying for a membership, you expect equipment to work and the facility to be clean. Management needs to prioritize maintenance, cleanliness, and timely repairs. Right now, it feels like those basics are being ignored and I can't recommend this gym based on the conditions.

I've never really been an after work workout person so I avoid the evening rush. Late night sessions are an option too which is great. The gym has everything you need. Especially love the squat rack and olympic lifting equipment that you're not find at PF. It's a small gym but I've never had an issue with not being able to train the way I want because equipment was being used by other members. You might have to wait a sec but it's really not a problem if you have a bit of patience (same stuff you'd encounter at any gym really). There's always a cardio machine available at the times I've gone. Love the outdoor area with tires. The best and most important part, I have always felt safe. There are cameras all around the gym. Other members, at least the ones I've encountered, have always been respectful. I do enjoy/not mind that there's not always an employee present. I don't need a ton of interaction and I've always been able to text or email with questions. I do feel like this is a safe and inclusive space and have and will continue to recommend this gym.

She told me to delete them and when i tried to prove my innocence she kept repeating "you could of have already deleted it" and that they have video evidence so i asked to show me the video. THE VIDEO CLEARLY SHOWS ME TEXTING AND WALKING FIXING MY NECK POSTURE If you have served in the military with heavy weight then you know texting w your neck down is a bother so as a man i apologized to the ladies that it was never like that and i never took pics of them They stated that they has been complaints before at the gym so if thats the case that gym should have no recording. Vero is a "influencer" and makes content at that gym. Im clearly shooken up because i have NEVER been accused or kept being assumed that i took pics/vids of people The thing that bothers me is The owner told me to " just fix your texting posture" and that vero was assuming i deleted non existent pictures and videos of them I signed up for that gym march 4th and canceled my membership march 6th, I felt uncomfortable to even go back and have to walk on eggshells when you have to be around woman who just assumes and accuses people of some nasty and grimey stuff.

So I bought the largest personal training package available. Right of the bat I stated receiving texts about him not being able to show up to a session for one reason or another(5-10 sessions in). We talked about it and he apologized and said it won't happen anymore. It continued and he became short and rude with his response to me about being unhappy with his lack of ability to keep a session time. Fast forward to 26 (out of the 50 I purchased) sessions spread out over 5 months when it was supposed to be 2 months because of the amount of cancelations. I can understand once or twice, stuff happens (to me too), but it was 16 times. Then he ghosted me for a few days when we were supposed to have a session. At that point I was irritated and wanted to talk to him about what we can do to better the situation, he responded with "am I going to get a lecture?". So I asked for a refund and he then ghosted me for another week then claimed to be sick at home (so sick to be able to make a phone call or send a text). So the next time I talked to him on nov 30th he says he will take care of it. It is now December 19th and I have tried to get ahold of him numerous times to no avail. So I have taken steps to pursue him in small claims court.
