I have stepped outside my comfort zone, since getting older, and having some knee, ankle issues and Pilates is the ONE thing that doesn't hurt either of them. I get a great workout in, while being kind to my body and joints, and each and every instructor I have seen, takes the time to ask about you, your issues and helps adjust as needed. 10/10 recommend The Studio and their classes.

The 24 hour perk is only for their highest tier membership that cost $70/month and other than that all other memberships and all day passes have extremely limited hours that are not properly listed on their google page. However, there is a serious and ongoing issue with cleanliness and pests that can't be ignored. Multiple members have noticed and openly discussed cockroaches in both the gym area and bathroom stalls, as well as black widows in the lifting room. This isn't an isolated incident--it's something that has been consistently brought up among members. What's most frustrating is the lack of acknowledgment or visible action taken to address it. For a facility of this quality, basic sanitation and safety should be a top priority. Unfortunately, due to these concerns not being resolved, I ultimately had to cancel my membership. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, because this gym has a lot of potential and I would genuinely love to return if improvements are made
