I have more energy, feeling stronger,& eating healthier than I ever have....Be prepared to get your ass kicked.... I thank them everyday for kicking my ass and they happily oblige.If anybody out in the area are seeking a lifestyle change, I would definitely give them a shot. They know what buttons to push and everyday the training is different which makes it more interesting. One of the biggest reasons why I never started working out was because I had no idea where to start, or what I was doing. I decided to sign up here after having some of the trainers come out to a work event. Every trainer I have trained with is extremely patient and informative and has never put me down for not knowing what to do. I am slowly but surely seeing results. Some accomplishments for me with Fit Body Bootcamp that happened this week (that may not be a big deal for more fit people, but they are to me...) I was able to run twice around the building without stopping or walking, and I was finally able to do around 10 standard push-ups (I was previously having to do the modified push-ups...) I feel like I'm finally starting to notice a difference in my appearance as well. If anyone wants to try and get healthy, Fit Body Bootcamp in Modesto is awesome! The trainers are encouraging, they don't judge you for being out of shape, and they really challenge you and push you to do better. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I was so scared to start this place. I work out on a normal basis but started to hit a rut. I wanted to give this place a try after reading all the positive reviews and I am so happy that I did. The coaches are so amazing and so motivating. As soon as I walked in through the door, I felt so comfortable. Everyone there welcomed me with open arms and big smiles. The workouts are challenging but so worth it. Every time I felt like I was going to burn out, stop or give up they were right there to push me and motivate me. I have one more day left of my 3 day trial and I am signing up for sure. I have noticed my energy is up and although I am sore and can barely walk the benefits of it are amazing. read more

They say anything to get you to sign up .... "any kind of movement is better than none and I guarantee you will lose weight!" I went there for an entire year and never lost a pound. I went in yesterday and sat for 20 mins waiting for someone to to ask if I had any questions. I'm getting ready for my wedding and needed a kick in the butt to get back on track.. So I thought this would be the perfect place, considering I have a few friends that enrolled. I was ready to spend $170 a month after I just cancelled my gym membership knowing I wanted to try this out instead. I was told I would be called to come in and get weighed and measured. Never heard anything! I called numerous times... Keep in mind I was about to pay $170 for the next 12 months. Guess they don't need my business.. Which is ok because I went right down the street to GET FIT and have already trained for the last 2 days.. I'm sore and I feel amazing. The best part of it is when I walked into get fit I was confronted and helped right away.. And they are only chagrin me $99 a month and I get to go whenever I want! Horrible people work there! I seen them first hand making fun of others! Including myself, tried talking to the owner got me know where! The people that work there are very tight with the owner so of course nothing is done about it! It's like being in highschool all over again. You shouldn't have to walk in somewhere and feel belittled. People go to the gym to feel better about themselves not worse. I actually walked out crying!! read more

I absolutely love Fit Body Boot camp! After more than a year of doing the same repetitive workouts at a regular gym and seeing little results I had a friend refer me to Modesto Fit Body Boot camp. I must say signing up was one of the best decisions I have made. The workouts are awesome and they are always different so you are never doing the same repetitive routine. Before starting at Fit Body Boot camp I would dread going to the gym, but now I actually look forward to working out everyday.The trainers are also amazing. They push and motivate you and at the same time create a fun environment to workout. To them you are not just another person walking through the door, they make an effort to know everyone on an individual level. The owner Sonya is extremely dedicated to her clients and is always willing to help you reach your fitness goals by any means necessary. She provides her clients with customized meal plans and is always in contact with new information about nutrition and how to get optimal results. Since signing up three months ago I have seen my body completely transform. This is something I would have never accomplished at the gym by myself.
