Of close to dozen boxes this is the second time in my 3 years crossfitting that I've given a 5 star review. This box is well organized, with a large and thoroughly developed facility with everything a crossfitter could need. The classes start and end on time every time! (typically my big complaint with Crossfits). The coaches are knowledgeable and well versed in the Olympic weight lifting aspect of Crossfit (another typical complaint of mine). What I appreciated the most is that they were just as willing to help me, a visitor, as they were their very own, regularly attending members. This is probably my biggest complaint when I visit boxes. I attended for almost two weeks on the weekdays at 4 or 6pm. I very much enjoyed the coaches Renee and Scott, they both had wonderful things to add to my technique in addition to being very motivating during workouts. The members are friendly, the workouts are constructed VERY well with a warm up and cool down EVERY workout (yet another one of my top complaints about other boxes). This box also is big on education! As we all know getting fit isn't JUST about working out but eating right. This box has resources available for diet, workouts away from home, and various record and skill logs for members (online and paper logs). I would highly recommend this box to ANYone. I could only hope that someday I have a box like this one where I settle down.

Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the area for spectators/kids/dogs is large and away from danger, but close enough to feel part of the action. Side point: the community touches of remembering our names, including us in emails and even a "we hope to see you again soon" mailer were unnecessary but AWESOME touches. The coach Angela made us feel very welcome and we had the opportunity to meet her husband and kids as well. We have been away from CrossFit for awhile, and the feel we got from this gym is exactly why we love Crossfit and what we have missed most being away. After relocating to my hometown after several years I wanted to return to CF after a two years…read moreabsence. Judy was very polite over the phone. I tried it out for two weeks to get a feel if it was a right fit for me. PROs- -they offer various times to take a class, even two classes on Saturday - was able to pay half the cost of one month since I arrived in the middle of the month -they keep up to date on insta posts CONs- -warm up is the same every day. Coach doesn't ensure you're doing them or even doing them correctly. This could get boring with time. -one time I was running a few minutes behind (having a toddler can cause that to happen!) Saw the coach was upset and kind of made the comment of how I needed to just jump with the last girls to do the warm ups they were doing. Later some members confirmed that tardiness is her pet peeve. - throughout the WOD, I was left sort of alone. Thanks to some cool members who said I could share equipment with them and helped me through it all. Two of them mentioned how they noticed I was alone in the first workouts and coach wasn't there to walk me through or help. They unfortunately got committed to a 6 month contract so they couldn't opt out. They weren't told they could do it month to month. - I noticed some members were lifting too much and had poor form, which is dangerous. But who was I to say, hey, It's nice you want to lift a lot but form is better than pounds. - no stretching/mobility was done afterwards as a group or even mentioned to do it individually. - box seemed overcrowded, dusty and cluttering. Got my allergies really bad the first day! They do have a dog as an FYI. This is my personal review and I always use YELP to find the best spots so I write this review to give you some insights. However, I highly encourage you to call and visit and see for yourself. Everyone can have a different perception and experience.

Jennifer the owner our coach is amazing and very experienced and I just like the feel I get like I have a private trainer because she looks at everyone form and will always making sure that members are doing things right way where you feel comfortable she will take her time and teach you how . There are 2 Challenges offered a year which are really fun too . Jennifer is always there if you need an advice ; she just has that in her that she cares for what she does .

Right now, I can definitely say I am a lot stronger and seeing not just physical changes but mental and emotional as well, as I progress. Our trainer Jesus and his set of workouts is fun and will challenge you at the same time. Jesus offers sessions in the mornings and evenings so that is a definite plus for working individuals. The workouts can be challenging but he will definitely modify each workout if you are having a hard time until you progress. Jesus is super cool and easygoing he's like a buddy, trainer and will PUSH and support you at the same time! You will never feel out place there or intimidated because you'll instantly feel that everyone in that room has the same goals as you, and are supportive too! The end of each workouts, you'll feel GOOD and PROUD. Meal plans are also included. It has a grocery list to make it easier for you to shop. Wow what an experience it has been working with Kevin and sculpt fitness. I truly liked Kevin as a…read moreperson when we started training! He was charismatic and encouraging! So I bought the largest personal training package available. Right of the bat I stated receiving texts about him not being able to show up to a session for one reason or another(5-10 sessions in). We talked about it and he apologized and said it won't happen anymore. It continued and he became short and rude with his response to me about being unhappy with his lack of ability to keep a session time. Fast forward to 26 (out of the 50 I purchased) sessions spread out over 5 months when it was supposed to be 2 months because of the amount of cancelations. I can understand once or twice, stuff happens (to me too), but it was 16 times. Then he ghosted me for a few days when we were supposed to have a session. At that point I was irritated and wanted to talk to him about what we can do to better the situation, he responded with "am I going to get a lecture?". So I asked for a refund and he then ghosted me for another week then claimed to be sick at home (so sick to be able to make a phone call or send a text). So the next time I talked to him on nov 30th he says he will take care of it. It is now December 19th and I have tried to get ahold of him numerous times to no avail. So I have taken steps to pursue him in small claims court.
