I joined Body Performance with the 21 day program and by the end of my 21 days, I can confidently say that I have improved with my work outs and saw physical changes. Like some other's have said, our trainer Jesus definitely gives his one on one time with each individual. EVERYONE is on their own level. You won't feel any type of animosity at Body Performance. I came in with no expectations because I have tried and tried to get to where I wanted to be and now look at me! Stronger and better than I was before. Not only have I committed to 3x a week with Body Performance, but every now and then I would meet with Jesus at one of the locations we work out at and he would teach me different ways how to use the foam roller, ways to improve on my exercises and talk about my dieting. He is very involved with his clients which is a number one thing for anyone starting their fitness journey. I made my shoulder injury made known to Jesus. He has never pushed me past my limits with the weights we've used. Because he didn't give up on me, that REALLY REALLY pushed me not to give up on myself. If you are starting out your fitness journey or even want to join something that is more advanced (He does have classes for advanced) definitely check out BODY PERFORMANCE WITH JESUS! :) read more

I found Body Performance when my 9 yo needed some help for a foot injury. He had been inactive for months due this injury. Jesus set him up with exercises that helped him to rejoin his physical classes and be physical again without pain. Thank you, Jesus for helping him out. The physical therapy is great for kids. The classes are for adults. So glad I found Body Performance group fitness classes as well. I've spent significant time over the last year looking for a quality class for high intensity, interval training with a talented instructor that truly cares about his clients. I've found that here. The classes are fun and challenging at the same time. Even with a full class Jesus is able to give individual coaching to each student and ensures that we are doing exercises with the correct form and the correct intensity for our level. He encourages us to keep doing our best during times when we find it hard to encourage ourselves. Students in his classes end up supporting each other because he sets such an example. Thank you Jesus for creating such a emotionally supportive and physically challenging environment for us to become our best selves. read more

Best workout you can get for 30 mins. I Started on February with the nutrition plan and the workouts, saw results in a month and a half. The muffin top was gone, felt more energized and strong. Iam so happy with the changes so far. I have an injury in my right arm and Jesus has helped me a lot with that, sometimes he modifies the workout if he sees me struggling with the exercise. Thank you Jesus I totally love the workouts and your support when I feel I can't do one more rep. read more

I started Body Performance in July, I did the 28 day Challenge! That was just the beginning for me, I love the classes Jesus is great and works with your fitness level. I've never worked out a day in my life till now never thought i was capable of sticking to it, but I am now a full on member to Body Performance and enjoy going there! The people there are amazing and so encouraging you do have to schedule your classes ahead of time but for me that's a plus! read more

Quick, efficient half hour workouts and an engaging community. I went here for about a year and got a lot out of it. The trainer makes sure to get to know your performance level and introduces newbies to the group so everyone is welcomed. My favorite part is when we line up at the end and high five each other. It's a small thing, but really makes you feel like you're a part of a group and that you've done a great thing for yourself. read more

Body performance is very motivating and willing to modify for any level of fitness. I am glad I participated in the 28 day bikini body challenge. The group setting keeps you motivated and accountable! Highly suggest it! read more

I've been going to Body Performance for over a year now and I absolutely love it! In the first 6 months I was right where I wanted to be: 5 dress sizes down, toned and stronger; I even managed to keep fit not gaining an ounce during the holidays. If you're motivated, looking to get fit and workout hard then I definitely recommend giving Jesus Galindo a call today. read more

I love my workouts at body performance! I use to go to a big chain gym. (Well I paid for it and barley ever went) I would get discouraged and would spend about an hour just looking around confused. I started body performance at the end of October. I told myself I was going to commit 3 days a week and I have been consistent. Jesus always pushes us to be better and stronger than the day before, and make us feel confident, He's the best! The group classes are fun and all the people and warm and welcoming. I have lost 2 dress sizes and down 30lbs! My biggest improvement is that I have a lot less back pain. Not anybody can do it, EVERYONE CAN DO IT!!! read more

Body Performance is awesome. Its not like any other personal training that is offered is different from the regular gyms that you would see. Its actually group session but its a 30 min circuit that works out your whole body. You will not leave dissatisfied. I only been there for a good two months and I already feel great and different. I go about 3 times a week. you can actually go as much as you want with no limitations. I actually found Body Performance on Groupon and decided to become a member. read more

It's been a positive change with my body these past three months. I've lost inches and noticeably seen NO struggle with putting my pants on and the looseness in my shirts. It's not challenging to lift a case of water like it used to be! My strength and mobility is also a great benefit I've encountered through my journey read more

Now in my eighth month with Body Performance, I am amazed with all of the positive changes and bodily transformations I have experienced being in this program. This is truly one of the best things I have ever done for my health and well being. read more

A fitness and eating lifestyle that works for me FINALLY. A trainer who holds you accountable to your goals, workouts, and eating habits. I just finished my 6 week challenge I'm hooked. Jesus provides you with a don't think just do menu for the 6 weeks which at first was challenging but as the days passed I began to feel the benefits and difference in my body. (And the food was yummy). He offers am and pm classes so with any work, school, or childcare schedule it is do-able. The classes are done in small group setting with people a like who are there for the same reason to live a healthier lifestyle and look good doing it. You find motivation and support from your peers rather than that judging or awkward gym setting. We have the same goal to give it our best and make the changes we wish to see in ourselves. Which some days are harder than others but with the empowering group you make it through. Jesus will give you that much needed push you every minute. He wants you to give it all you got. But also is able to provide modifications to any workout for any reason he pushes you to just keep going. The educational tools he has to help you understand why nothing has worked for you before are mind blowing. It's obvious now why i have failed many times to get my body on track. If you are like myself who is always able to find excuses "tomorrow, ill start next week, just one more, I don't have time, I don't see results, it's to hard, I can't eat healthier because it taste bad" I recommend joining us. The hardest part is showing up. But it's worth it I promise. read more

Body Performance is simply great! The classes are 30 minutes (literally, just 30 minutes)!! I thought they might not offer enough of a workout, but I can happily say I was wrong! Jesus is always prepared and keeps you moving and motivated for the full 30 minutes. Jesus also offers a meal plan and shopping list to kick start your program and the recipes are delicious. I believe any of us can do anything for 30 minutes and this program is 100% worth it. read more

Thanks to my wonderful trainer Jesus Galindo and his support I lost 10lbs in a month and few inches around my waist. Sadly somethings got on the way of my training but hopefully I can come back soon to keep going and restart my transformation. I was really happy with my results at the time but I know I can do so much more. ( plus the great tips and help can't beat that ) read more

I started off at Body Performance with the 21 day program & just recently finished my 21 day & all I can say is I LOVE IT! Jesús our trainer is the best! Even if there's many of us working out & choose to have healthier lifestyle he tries his best to be there for us. Always avaliable to answer questions & concerns. Even provided us a grocery list & meal plans! The workouts can be tough but Jesús will show you modifications for that certain exercise that will suit you & encourages you to go on your own pace because you gotta finish strong! Which is awesome since I was really new at this whole thing. But within my those 21 days I gained so much strength & saw great results! Improvement on my sleeping pattern which is a plus on my side! I also have jeans that fits me now YAAAAY! I took a before & after picture & booy I saw the results my sides got smaller, my fat in my belly area got lesser, my thighs & calves got toner & my arms got toner too I can actually show off my muscles haha! I'm a girl with low self-esteem & didn't like how I look & compared myself to others & wishing I was fit like her or have a body like hers & Jesús & being at Body Performance gave me that boost of confidence. I'm extremely happy with my results so far & I will keep continuing of being of Body Performance cause I'm still not where I want to be in my journey of being fit & healthy. It always starts from you. You have to make a move & if you want to make that move start it here at Body Performance. read more

I love working out with Body Performance. It's a great place with nice people always encourage each other. Jesus is so dedicated to what he does, he is always helping us and motivates all the class. This is my second week with Body Performance. I am enjoying the classes, Jesus makes everyone feel special. He pushes when he needs to and lets you know when to back off. Really glad I found Body Performance read more

I bought a Groupon which was my first mistake. The voucher stated to call for registration. What I didn't know is that the website lists morning and evening classes but the male giving the classes will decide which class time you will be assigned. Buyer beware there are no drop in class times. The comment posted by the coach is incorrect I never went to the gym. I told the male on the phone my schedule was not that flexible and no other option was given to me. read more

I used to have a gym membership prior to coming to Body Performance. I have always been pretty good about staying active however after a horrible experience at my old gym I decided to venture out and look at other options. I had heard of Body Performance through a high school acquaintance a while back ago however never looked into it until recently. I first went onto Yelp to read the reviews and to see what it was all about once I was somewhat informed I weighed my options. In mid April as I scrolled through groupon I saw a deal with Body Performance that was too good to pass plus I thought here is the opportunity to try it out. I emailed Jesus through their website and informed them what were the next steps and he responded immediately. I showed up the following week for my class and he was there to meet me and explained the policies and to fill out some paperwork then it was time for business! I considered myself fit and thought this will be an addition to my routine it will be a piece of cake since it's only a 30 minute workout... boy was I wrong ( but in a GREAT way). You are shown the exercises and you go at your pace ( so you are your biggest competitor) but there are others working out with you. Austin (the trainer) is super professional and you could immediately tell he genuinely cares about your success. Jesus too is always a text away. Everyone was super nice and love the fact that at the end we give each other high fives and say good job!!!!! By the end of the workout I was drenched in sweat!!!! The following morning my body was sore all over which was AWESOME as I knew I had gotten my monies worth. It took me about a week to two weeks to get used to the soreness lol but it has been the best and funnest team I've worked with. I initially thought of doing this just for the groupon time frame but after as little of a month of being here I have seen results in my body, my mind and above all my mood!!!!. I am so hooked that I committed to a year. I've seen results in as little of a month I can only imagine what a year will do! read more

I recommend Jesus Galindo at Body Performance to anyone looking to get back in shape or needing to recover from a sports injury. I had ACL surgery on my knee a few years back and at age 34 your body doesn't heal or feel like when you where in your 20's. With Jesus as my trainer he has kept me in line and with his specific training on my core and legs got me back to playing soccer in no time. He now also is training my twin boys in the off season from travel ball. His training has really helped me and them with our core strength and flexibility which will prevent injuries like the one I have been through from happening. This guy knows his stuff, and will help you no matter what injury you have or what shape you're in! read more

I just want to say that here I am, over a year later and still here with Body Performance! Jesus and now April have helped me to achieve goals I never thought possible. Everytime I workout I feel like I'm working on a new set up muscles and I can totally feel and see the results. I feel stronger and healthier than I every have in my life! read more

I have been with Body Performance since April 2018. I must say it's like working out with family. Everyone there is focused on getting stronger and a healthier version of them selves. Nobody judges you for what you can or can't do.. they motivate you to keep pushing during your 1/2 hr workout.. yup I said it only a 1/2 hr and you will be dripping sweat and craving more the next day. They even give you a meal plan and help you stay on track.. but they also go further then that.. they take the time to take before durning and after pictures so you can see the transformation of your body (it's not all about your weight). They push you the be the best you can be every session. I'm so thankful I found this diamond in the ruff.. This is one of the BEST INVESTMENTS I have made for myself in a long time.. hands down I would recommend everyone to at least try it. read more

I love Body Performance! It has been the best investment I've made in myself. Jesus and April have taught me how to lead a healthier lifestyle while being consistent with my workouts. They are constantly pushing me to work harder and give it my all. I truly believe they care about the members and are doing this to make a difference. They don't only give you the tools you need to make the changes you want, but they also support you along the way and keep you accountable. At Body Performance, you are not just a member but part of the family and community they provide. read more

I get more out of the 30 minute workout than I ever did standing on a treadmill in the gym. I've used more muscles at once than I ever thought I would. I've had back pain for a while, and I've definitely seen improvement in pain and my core is stronger. It's a great workout, keeps you accountable to actually do it, and you feel great afterward without needing to spend hours at the gym. read more

The best thing about working out at Body Performance is the fact that everyone is accepted - whether you already have a rocking hard body and just want to get better or if you are almost 60 with arthritic knees like me! Jesu's and April will adapt the program for you and still keep pushing you! And, the people you are sweating with are so supportive and grunting with you all the way through your workout and after. read more

5 months! That's how long it took me to convince myself that it was time, even after I would cheer on my friend from home via FB... but the kicker was walking up the flight of stairs at work and being COMPLETELY out of breath when I reached the top. That was what finally pushed me to get my butt into see Jesus at Body Performance, and I have zero plans on looking back. Since joining BP I've learned so many great life style changes that I know I will forever carry on with me and my family. From cooking, to water intake, to portion control, to substituting items, I've never been so happy and motivated to continue on my life fitness journey. I've only been with Jesus at Body Performance for about a month, I walked in doing ugly push-ups on my knees and doing most of the workouts with just my own body weight...the whole time Jesus was extremely supportive and reassuring me that it was OK for me to continue the class at my own rate and comfort level. He consistently checked in with me making sure I wasn't going to die; I kept lying to him by telling him that I was fine. I think that it was obvious that I wasn't and he actually stopped me and said- "It's important to me that you work at your own pace", never has anyone ever made me feel so comfortable in a gym, or working out in general. Aside from Jesus, the rest of my classmates (that vary by class), and Mitchell (he helps and assists in taking over the class and gives examples of the workouts) are my daily motivation. Thank you!!! After today's class I have to say that I am very proud of myself, I was able to push the sled with 115 lbs... it may not be much to some of the class veterans (who in NO WAY show off or make you feel like your best isn't good enough), but it's my personal best so far and I cant wait until it's heavier... (i say that now, and will complain in class). Thank you Jesus, for setting such a positive tone and environment this is just the beginning!!! read more

I am so happy I found Body Performance on Groupon! Jesus is fun, knowledgeable and motivating. The group of women are super supportive and the workout is challenging yet not over the top.
