On multiple visits, there were men lingering around machines without actually working out--just standing, staring, and making women uncomfortable, especially near the StairMasters and treadmills. There should be staff actively monitoring the floor to make sure people are there to exercise, not loiter and gawk at others. That lack of oversight completely ruined the environment for me and made it feel unsafe and unwelcoming. I won't be returning. I've since joined Hotworx a few doors down, where I feel much more comfortable and supported, and where the atmosphere is largely women-focused and respectful.

I've never really been an after work workout person so I avoid the evening rush. Late night sessions are an option too which is great. The gym has everything you need. Especially love the squat rack and olympic lifting equipment that you're not find at PF. It's a small gym but I've never had an issue with not being able to train the way I want because equipment was being used by other members. You might have to wait a sec but it's really not a problem if you have a bit of patience (same stuff you'd encounter at any gym really). There's always a cardio machine available at the times I've gone. Love the outdoor area with tires. The best and most important part, I have always felt safe. There are cameras all around the gym. Other members, at least the ones I've encountered, have always been respectful. I do enjoy/not mind that there's not always an employee present. I don't need a ton of interaction and I've always been able to text or email with questions. I do feel like this is a safe and inclusive space and have and will continue to recommend this gym.

THE VIDEO CLEARLY SHOWS ME TEXTING AND WALKING FIXING MY NECK POSTURE If you have served in the military with heavy weight then you know texting w your neck down is a bother so as a man i apologized to the ladies that it was never like that and i never took pics of them They stated that they has been complaints before at the gym so if thats the case that gym should have no recording. Vero is a "influencer" and makes content at that gym. If anything they should be opening SOONER never later. When I got here at 6 there were 20 cars waiting in parking lot for gym to open. And a lot of them have left and others have pulled up. Almost every time I'm there, I see staff actively cleaning the floors, wiping down machines, and making sure equipment stays sanitary. It's clear that they're putting effort into keeping the place clean and comfortable for members. Another thing that stands out is how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Everyone at the front desk is polite and helpful, and they always greet people when they walk in. The three manager ladies who are usually there especially deserve a shoutout--they're always professional, approachable, and doing a great job keeping things running smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about the gym and the members. There are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, cable machines, squat racks, benches, and free weights, so it's easy to get a full workout without feeling limited.
