Unfortunately they didn't have a spare part and charged me for the labor they spent opening up the phone. Okay, fair enough, I don't want to make people work for free, but I thought they might credit that to me in the future should I have a repair. Which I did, just about a month later. I was 48 hours away from trading in my iPhone XS when I dropped it and broke the screen, needing an expensive repair. While I was not given the $50 in labor I had previously spent (and didn't get a repair) I was given a $10 discount and a working phone about 90 minutes after I dropped it off. Will probably come back here if I need to in the future, but this place is definitely at or above market price, and expect to pay for work even if your phone doesn't get fixed.

Hands down, these are some of the best computer technicians I've ever worked with and one of the best examples of outstanding customer service I've experienced. Unlike some repair shops that look for ways to sell you services you don't need, these folks are committed to actually solving the problem. They're honest, straightforward, and focused on getting things fixed. I brought in a desktop PC that was constantly rebooting and randomly freezing, and the problem was getting worse. They started with the simple possibilities first, cleaning out the dust and reseating the RAM. No luck. I came back with a theory that the power supply might be failing, and instead of immediately selling me one, they suggested ordering one from Amazon so I could return it if it wasn't the issue. Turns out it wasn't. Next, they worked through the remaining possibilities and eventually swapped out the CPU. Bingo. That was the culprit. The processor had degraded just enough to cause the random restarts and freezing. Was I charged for a long, expensive diagnostic process? Nope. Was I charged every time I walked through the door? Nope. In the end, I was charged for the repair and the part. That's it. Beyond the excellent service, the people here are genuinely friendly and committed to helping their customers. While I was there, I watched them help people with all kinds of issues. They don't just work on computers. They repair phones and gaming systems too. More than one parent came in with an Xbox or PS5 that needed an HDMI port repaired before their kid got home from school, and they got it done. Geek Squad service was great. They were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and left things the way they were when they came in. Chris in Computing was extremely patient with me through my purchase and got me into what I needed. The laptop turned out to be defective, which was no fault of his. I made one trip back to see him. The issue was addressed, but as it turned out...the laptop continued to give me problems. I returned to him a second time in a week and he saw to it that a proper exchange was made and that the new laptop was set and ready to go when I left. They have definitely earned my trust and future business.
