Everyone has their go-to person when something needs fixing. A plumber. An electrician. A tree guy. This place should be your "computer guy."
Hands down, these are some of the best computer technicians I've ever worked with and one of the best examples of outstanding customer service I've experienced.
Unlike some repair shops that look for ways to sell you services you don't need, these folks are committed to actually solving the problem. They're honest, straightforward, and focused on getting things fixed.
I brought in a desktop PC that was constantly rebooting and randomly freezing, and the problem was getting worse. They started with the simple possibilities first, cleaning out the dust and reseating the RAM. No luck. I came back with a theory that the power supply might be failing, and instead of immediately selling me one, they suggested ordering one from Amazon so I could return it if it wasn't the issue. Turns out it wasn't.
Next, they worked through the remaining possibilities and eventually swapped out the CPU. Bingo. That was the culprit. The processor had degraded just enough to cause the random restarts and freezing.
Was I charged for a long, expensive diagnostic process? Nope.
Was I charged every time I walked through the door? Nope.
In the end, I was charged for the repair and the part. That's it.
Beyond the excellent service, the people here are genuinely friendly and committed to helping their customers. While I was there, I watched them help people with all kinds of issues. They don't just work on computers. They repair phones and gaming systems too. More than one parent came in with an Xbox or PS5 that needed an HDMI port repaired before their kid got home from school, and they got it done. Someone else came in because they couldn't hear relatives overseas during phone calls, and they fixed that too.
