On Sunday, 2/8/26 during the extreme cold spell we experienced an issue with one of the units. Seemed that maybe Comfort Pro was having an issue for on-call tech. Tech showed up and checked our unit, advising that it was functioning properly and did readjust the gas valve, and departed. I had another HVAC company respond to check the unit. He said he smelled gas and found that gas line from gas valve to the line leading to the burners was leaking. I took picture of the fluid bubbling up after he sprayed it. Tech told me that the leak could have caused a terrible fire mishap, especially next to the burners. He corrected the issue and the furnace is presently back up to proper heating condition. He said the burners may not have been getting enough gas since it was leaking. We will be calling Comfort Pro on Monday! Should have techs better trained for these situations.

For a couple hundred bucks once every couple years and a piece of mind that my vents are clear is totally worth it! Would recommend hands down every time. Payment was super easy as well. The first they found that Lowe's did not install the dryer correctly and all the lint was going into my ceiling tiles. They fixed it AND cleaned out my drop ceiling. Not to mention there was also so much snow outside at the time and they helped cleared it to get access. The workers definitely go ABOVE AND BEYOND and that's not service you get just anywhere.

We called another company to come out, it was obviously shortly after that the issue was not resolved, so we called Zack-Vac for a second look/opinion. They arrived when they said, the team went to each and every vent and took a picture before cleaning and then after- sharing as they went along. They were able to determine that the other company only cleaned about half the vents- the rest were pretty much untouched. The team that was hear did a very thorough job, they were very respectful, and clean. I would highly recommend them and will use again when needed!

He gave me a flat rate for front brakes and rotors all the way around wasn't like any of these local shops where they grabbed you for two grand. He made sure everything was correct I highly recommend this guy. He knows his stuff.

Ross helped avoid making an expensive vehicle purchase I might have regretted. He was able to…read morequickly and easily coordinate a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) for a 2011 Bentley GTC at a local dealer. Ross was the only person in an almost 50 mile radius who could actually read all diagnostic and fault codes for this Bentley (other inspection services could only read generic codes common to all vehicles) so I knew he would be able to inspect every system in the vehicle. Sure enough, he found that the Bentley was throwing codes and that the engine was misfiring. In addition, he did an extremely thorough review of the cars exterior, interior (revelalng more issues that the dealer did not disclose in their online pics) and a great job checking out the under carriage. All in all, Ross gave me exactly the info and details I needed to know that this vehicle was going to be a problem and a money sink. Thank you!
