The appliances have already shipped and we already got workstation sink, faucet and disposer. Also getting custom cabinets, pantry and new doors to match. Baldwin didn't come through but we're happy that they forced us to find a second choice that meets our needs.

Ovi, replaced the broken mechanism, at no charge, and very patiently answered all my husband's many questions. Last time this happened I was hit by a woodchip that flew across the road. Today when they pulled up, I expressed my concerns. I was told by the owner of this company that I need to stay out of MY YARD if I wanted to avoid injury. Does this company have a right to prevent me from using my property or should they make efforts to control what is flying out of their wood grinders? Do you want to pay this company to fix your kitchen problems given how they are unconcerned about how their actions affect their neighbors? There are now 2 police complaints against this company.
