American Sunrooms Inc located in Lebanon, Pa…read more I have had terrible experience with this company regarding: 1.Quality of materials used: windows: cloudy, with scratches that we were told would be removed once they clean them. It didn't resolve the issues. Section of the sliding glass windows jam and do not slide. I was told that some were not meant to slide? Yet, their literature states: "Standard configurations include sliding windows." Window frames are separating from window glass. 2. Unreliable: Project was anticipated to start 01/01/2024 and be completed by 01/31/2024. We are now in June 2025. When asked about the time beyond stated 30 day period, the response was: "It was just an estimate". During that time we endured delays for: week long seminar in Florida in January 2024; several days in February 2024 to see a tax accountant for business and then personal income taxes; set-up and attend home show; weather; personal issues; super busy; lost track of time, delays attributed to third party vendors. 3. Communications Most of the time required multiple request for updates with either little or no response . 4. Workmanship Had to redo or revisit most installations: electrical outlets; windows leaking; motion detection light failed; electrical worked performed: i.e. improper AMP circuit breaker was installed at main breaker box for AC/Heater; power cord for new AC/Heater was replaced. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer Beware

Very Disappointed. We ordered and paid for the tile and were told the project would begin in about…read morea week. THREE WEEKS LATER I called and found out they had just forgotten to put me on the schedule. Then when they showed up, they didn't have all the tile they needed (pattern needed three sizes; they only gave them two and told them to cut a bunch - no factory edge!!) Update: To their credit, they did track down the missing tiles and brought them to the house after I told them that if the manual cutting of tiles ended up making things look wrong, they were going to have to redo everything. The guy who brought the tiles (I think he may have been the owner) told me flat out that they prioritize their commercial work because "businesses have to keep a schedule." In the end, they ended up doing a nice job, but didn't leave spare tiles or grout behind. I will avoid these folks in the future.

Beyond the quality of their work, what really stood out was the care they showed throughout the process. They treated our home with respect--taking off their shoes or wearing booties, and even vacuuming up drywall dust as they worked. His team is professional and does high quality work. While price and work quality are obviously critically important factors in any contractor work, an oft-missed factor is willingness to "make it right." Any time you do a project this big, there are bound to be things that need a bit of attention after the fact, after the job is done. Sabah sent his team back out to not once but twice to take care of some little things that were pestering me, at no charge because they just weren't quite "done." We've all heard the horror stories of contractors that get paid and then disappear.... You don't have to worry about that with Zamzam. True care is rare today, call him today. You won't be disappointed.

He helped me make sure I ordered the right doors. He picked up everything at Lowe's, and sent pictures before he left to make sure that I was satisfied with how everything looked. The job was started and finished on time. He provided updates and pictures. He also noticed that the overhang by the back door was askew. He pointed this out and was willing to fix that also. The weatherstripping on the back door had always been a little discombobulated. I did not mention this, but when I got home Phil had gone ahead and fixed it. The entire job was done above and beyond my expectations. Everything was also completed for a little less than the quote! That was a pleasant surprise. I definitely plan to hire Phil again! All this being said, I give Phil my highest recommendation and suggest that you hire him too!
