This turned out to be a nightmare! He did not have skilled workers. It seemed that he hired people from the streets to help him lift equipment, but no one knew how to do anything. They would stand around and watch him work. He started with the bathroom and installed the shower tub incorrectly. He did not place the proper support for the tub and as a result, it would make cracking noises when you stepped on the tub. Now the entire tub needs to be taken apart and supported properly. Then he started to work on the kitchen next and that is when I had enough. The cabinets were not aligned and leveled. I had to tell him to stop and show him how misaligned the cabinets were. I gave him the option to leave. He left the job and never returned my keys. When I texted him to return my keys, he ignored my messages. Now I had to spend money to change the locks. The worse part of this experience is that all of this took 7 weeks and he never finished one room. I had to hire someone else to finish and redo his work. This guy is shady - stay away!!
