Josh was responsive, prompt, and communicative. I had called & asked prior to his visit if, when he was here, he would be able to fix a pop up drain and leaking jacuzzi jet. The jet proved to be more involved and it would have been a seek and find for parts from jacuzzi because the tub is 30 years old. I let him know not to pursue that as the jets on the tub are functional. He was able to easily fix the pop up drain and cleared the drain for us too. Josh was professional, fair in pricing and a pleasure to work with. If you need plumbing work call Aiken & Sons. Don't waste your time hounding and chasing after Zoom Drains or Horizon Services. Give your business to a company that treats you with respect for you and your time. Five Stars! Thank You Josh- I wish I would've called you first! I would have saved myself a lot of aggravation!

The other company started at $17,000 for a new HVAC, then they came down to $10,000 with their "discounts." I LOVE Priority Comfort because they don't haggle and our new unit came in well under $10,000, they give the best and final price right at the beginning. All of the staff there was wonderful to work with including Paula, Zack, Brian and Nadia! The installation team worked VERY hard and got us up and running in a few hours. I am so thankful that this company is local and family owned. I also never feel like I get taken advantage of with Priority Comfort. I will continue to use them for my yearly cleanings and check-ups.
