He spent time snaking sewer line till clog was gone. He even cleaned my slop sink, which was full of Shit, literally. One top of that, he only charged me for the special rate they were having for main line unclogging. Now this worked out great, as my special needs kid was putting baby wipes in toilet, unbeknownst to me. He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional. I selected Drainman because of the strong ratings on Yelp, and I was very happy with the outcome of the repair. Mike Ammouri, the very friendly and knowledgeable owner, came to our home to diagnose the problem on a Sunday... which was amazing in itself. Mike went through a series of troubleshooting tests to determine that the pressure in the old part of our house was fine. He also looked at the plumbing lines going into the new part of the house where the upstairs shower and sink are located, and he reported that everything looked fine. That left the water tank itself. He went upstairs with me and we conducted a few tests and he then concluded that our water holding tank was too small, thereby causing the pump to cycle on and off. It was during those cyclings that we were experiencing the severe drop down in water flow. He came out on a Sunday, provided what seemed to be an accurate diagnosis, he charged me nothing, and he's going to provide a quote for the work. On top of that, I got a new showerhead thrown in for free.

The work was done and we are satisfied with the plumbing work that was done but the communication with this company is horrible. They do not let you know the time someone will be out just the day you have to call yourself to see when someone will be out. I needed plumbing work done in a bathroom and someone comes out that can't do the plumbing work. Had to wait the next week for someone to come and complete the work. I paid my bill in full but we keep getting calls to make a deposit on the estimate we accepted and signed to get the job scheduled. What is wrong with this company they do not communicate with each other. (departments)
