He also cut the ends off of some shades I had ordered. They are custom made shades and I apparently gave the wrong measurements and they were too long. I had called around to different stores and no one was willing to help me unless I had bought the shades from them. Read about a possible DIY fix, but with safety risk, so I decided I needed a pro. Called TME about 9:00 am and Tom returned my call in 15 minutes. Said he'd stop by around noon to assess the issue. Arrived a bit earlier, immediately knew the probable cause, disassembled the unit with the wiring, and fixed it on the spot. Was done and left in about 20 minutes. WOW!! Little did I expect such timely and competent service. Tom was very personable, humorous, respectful of property, was able to work with the bed in place, and cost was very reasonable.
