Read about a possible DIY fix, but with safety risk, so I decided I needed a pro. Called TME about 9:00 am and Tom returned my call in 15 minutes. Said he'd stop by around noon to assess the issue. Arrived a bit earlier, immediately knew the probable cause, disassembled the unit with the wiring, and fixed it on the spot. Was done and left in about 20 minutes. WOW!! Little did I expect such timely and competent service. Tom was very personable, humorous, respectful of property, was able to work with the bed in place, and cost was very reasonable. I can't give enough kudos to the service he provided. Would use Tom again without any hesitation.

Several other electrical companies charged over $100 just to come out and do an estimate before even doing any work - I found this to be ridiculous and decided to go with "James Morrow Electrician and Handyman." I can tell you right away that I made a solid decision as that Jim did a great job from the gecko! He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional. When he arrived, he was very respectful to the property. He did not mind me watching him install the electrical outlets in my home and explain how the whole system works. Jim did a fantastic job of eliminating one of my existing electrical outlets and moving it up.
