I did and I thought she was nice; a bit on the quiet side, but that's okay, right? Plus she actually did good work on my pups, so who cares! Anywho, not sure what happened, but all of a sudden, communication became extremely poor on her part. I started receiving unsolicited photos of the inside of her uterus, etc. explaining that she was pregnant and wasn't feeling good. Well, I totally understand that! Get better, sister! BUT...at this point, not sure what's going on. This woman has canceled multiple appointments with me since July/August. Furthermore, per our messages, I had to reach out to her after she started scheduling again! She didn't even let me know...and then to add more hot sauce by canceling again?! On the same day at that, and we all know, groomers are booked up for weeks, so this just further displays a lack of professionalism. Girl, bye lol. Too many groomers out here. My cat, Zen, has not been doing well, and it has been a very stressful few days. I had already gone…read moreto two other nearby veterinary hospitals, but one wasn't open yet and the other veterinarian had already left for the day. By the time I arrived at Atascocita Animal Hospital, it was about 20 minutes before they officially opened. The door happened to be unlocked, so I went in, explained the situation, and asked if there was any chance they could help. Even though they're appointment-only, they kindly told me they would see if they could squeeze us in and they did!!! I am incredibly grateful they made the time for us. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind. The woman at the front desk was genuinely warm and compassionate. I was under a lot of stress, and I really appreciated how calm and soft-spoken the entire staff was. The technician and the veterinarian were both very gentle with Zen, and you could tell they truly cared about making him as comfortable as possible. We're still waiting on some of his test results, but they gave him fluids and took the time to evaluate him thoroughly. That gave me some peace of mind during a difficult day. The only downside for me was the cost. I do feel the visit was on the procier side, so if you're on a tight budget, that's something to keep in mind. However, the level of compassion, professionalism, and care we received made for a very positive experience overall. Thank you to everyone at Atascocita Animal Hospital for helping Zen when we really needed it. I truly appreciate your kindness and would recommend your team to anyone looking for compassionate veterinary care.
