I've used them for 18 months or…read moreso and been very happy but during this past weekend while boarding, my male dog had a medical issue and the folks at Yepes called me promptly and after I asked them to take him to the vet they called around to find a vet that would see him on a weekend day (an emergency vet was an option but due to their efforts we were able to avoid that). They took him to the vet, picked him up afterwards and administered all medications and cared for him according to the vet's instructions until family could pick him up for me the next day. She has beautifully shaved our Lab a few times (who knew how gorgeous Labs could look with buzz cuts?!), but our frequent flier is our miniature Labradoodle, who sees her every few weeks. Bobbi does a phenomenal job with him, never cutting too short his personality-defining floppy ears, mustache-y muzzle, and sashaying tail, no matter how much flack he gives her. (He's been known to have some challenging mattes on occasion.) :) We love her, our dogs love her, and friends we refer to her love her!

They were and are phenomenal! We lost one of our fur babies, and one has developed additional medical issues. They listened to what I had to say and worked with me on how I wanted them cared for. My little boy has heart issues as well as fluid on his lungs. When I called I asked them if they had an opening for the express service. They did, and I was glad to pay the extra $10. Their prices are as low as any of the big chains or even the online stores. We get our dogfood there as they carry the big bags we like. What's more, they have loyalty program where you get a free bag of food after so many purchases. They have a large selection of toys and treats. They also offer grooming although we have not used that service yet but it seems popular.
