I started receiving unsolicited photos of the inside of her uterus, etc. explaining that she was pregnant and wasn't feeling good. Well, I totally understand that! Get better, sister! BUT...at this point, not sure what's going on. This woman has canceled multiple appointments with me since July/August. Furthermore, per our messages, I had to reach out to her after she started scheduling again! She didn't even let me know...and then to add more hot sauce by canceling again?! On the same day at that, and we all know, groomers are booked up for weeks, so this just further displays a lack of professionalism. Girl, bye lol. Too many groomers out here. When he walked out from the back of the grooming salon I noticed he was walking extremely slow. I thought he was doing that because he was afraid of the other dogs. He cried as he jumped out of the car and walked toward the house. When we enter the house, I immediately assessed him, I found that 3 out of all 4 of his paws had been burned, as shown in the photos. The groomer explained it away, offered to refund me, and suggested that I bring him to my Veterinarian. I was told this happens normally around the feet, not sure in who's world! They were and are phenomenal! We lost one of our fur babies, and one has developed additional medical issues. They listened to what I had to say and worked with me on how I wanted them cared for. My little boy has heart issues as well as fluid on his lungs. When I called I asked them if they had an opening for the express service. They did, and I was glad to pay the extra $10. He was done within the hour. They also did my other ones nails, ears, and teeth while I waited. I didn't have to leave her. I really like this groomer, and my daughter now uses them as well.
