The idea of a mobile pet spa is amazing - especially if you have a dog that doesn't travel well! Beryl travels all over the Houston area (she came to West U to groom our goldendoodle, Frederika) which makes her services super convenient, no matter where you're located. She does a great job with doodle haircuts, and I'm sure a wonderful job on all other breeds! I definitely trust Beryl and would highly recommend her grooming services.

I did and I thought she was nice; a bit on the quiet side, but that's okay, right? Plus she actually did good work on my pups, so who cares! Anywho, not sure what happened, but all of a sudden, communication became extremely poor on her part. I started receiving unsolicited photos of the inside of her uterus, etc. explaining that she was pregnant and wasn't feeling good. Well, I totally understand that! Get better, sister! BUT...at this point, not sure what's going on. This woman has canceled multiple appointments with me since July/August. Furthermore, per our messages, I had to reach out to her after she started scheduling again! She didn't even let me know...and then to add more hot sauce by canceling again?! On the same day at that, and we all know, groomers are booked up for weeks, so this just further displays a lack of professionalism. Girl, bye lol. Too many groomers out here. One star because I can't give zero.
