But, all search results on the internet point to this location! There is a brick home, a carport to the right of the home, and a large, red metal building with a u-type driveway. No signs! I felt like I was trespassing to find this little room. But, I found it! The groomer is very nice and she did a great job with my labradoodle. They took him to the vet, picked him up afterwards and administered all medications and cared for him according to the vet's instructions until family could pick him up for me the next day. My cat has been groomed many times before without any problems, yet here she was labeled "aggressive" -- a convenient excuse for poor handling. The groomer told me right away she would not be drying my cat fully, even before she supposedly discovered any "aggression." In the end, my cat was returned to me soaking wet and not brushed out -- an unprofessional and incomplete service. To charge full price for a job rushed through in about 30 minutes, and then blame the cat, is unacceptable. If this company insists on claiming animals are aggressive, perhaps they should install cameras in their vans to back up those claims. As it stands, this was substandard work, full of excuses, and not what you'd expect from a professional groomer.
