She has beautifully shaved our Lab a few times (who knew how gorgeous Labs could look with buzz cuts?!), but our frequent flier is our miniature Labradoodle, who sees her every few weeks. Bobbi does a phenomenal job with him, never cutting too short his personality-defining floppy ears, mustache-y muzzle, and sashaying tail, no matter how much flack he gives her. (He's been known to have some challenging mattes on occasion.) :) We love her, our dogs love her, and friends we refer to her love her!

But, all search results on the internet point to this location! There is a brick home, a carport to the right of the home, and a large, red metal building with a u-type driveway. No signs! Nothing to state there is a dog groomer on site! But, hidden behind a closed chain-link gate and mini-trailer is a small room for grooming dogs! I felt like I was trespassing to find this little room. But, I found it! The groomer is very nice and she did a great job with my labradoodle. I wish I had photos to share, but I don't have them on my desktop computer. We will go back!

They don't have a pharmacy within this particular location though. I have already had both of my dogs groomed on separate occasions and they did great jobs on both. The staff is so friend and helpful, I even had one girl go look in the back to try and find something. She was in the middle of inventory and could have easily said no. They have a large selection of the food brand that we buy and it's always in stock. Since opening this location has already had a couple of adoption days for both cats and dogs. Hopefully they were successful in finding homes for most of the animals.

My cat has been groomed many times before without any problems, yet here she was labeled "aggressive" -- a convenient excuse for poor handling. The groomer told me right away she would not be drying my cat fully, even before she supposedly discovered any "aggression." In the end, my cat was returned to me soaking wet and not brushed out -- an unprofessional and incomplete service. To charge full price for a job rushed through in about 30 minutes, and then blame the cat, is unacceptable. If this company insists on claiming animals are aggressive, perhaps they should install cameras in their vans to back up those claims. As it stands, this was substandard work, full of excuses, and not what you'd expect from a professional groomer.
