    I went into that to see Samantha. I was debating between a short A line bob and a longer one with side bangs. I also need to lighten my hair as it was black and I wanted to get closer to medium brown to grow out my hair. The cut I ended up with is very messy and uneven. It's not an A line at all... I posted pictures so you can see. The color turned out ok but only after I asked her to correct the uneven light chunks that she was going to send me out with. It's very red which she warned me about so i'm not too upset about that... I just wish the cut wasn't so messy. I was really disappointed because she was extremely personable and said she knew how to do the precision cuts. I paid a large amount of money and now have to go somewhere else to get it evened out and more of an A line effect.

Not only is it a lively, welcoming, non-pretentious place (sometimes hard to find in the good salon world) but I honestly feel like I could get my hair done by any stylist in there and walk out with something I love. I've had cuts done by both Violet and Stephanie H. (both absolute rock stars) and I have never gotten this many compliments on my hair in my life! They really understand hair there. (I have wavy hair and only air dry now and I swear it looks better than when I used to heat style.) Janelle in reception is also fabulous and super helpful. The prices here are very reasonable for the excellent service they provide. Finally, they have the most amazing selection of hair products, fun clips, great brushes, jewelry, and styling tools, so you can peruse while you wait. Pop on by and check them out!

I tried repeatedly but just got a recording about how their voicemail has not been set up so I couldn't leave a message. There is literally no way to contact them. I guess they don't need new clientele. I really don't understand how businesses can operate in this manner.

The ladies at the salon were amazing, and even though we were late, they still took us in and did an amazing job on both of our hairs. They answered all of our questions and were so kind, and was very precise with our hair, not rushing it at all! What Megan Sedres provided my wife was not even close to customer service. Although I wholeheartedly don't agree with your "policies" I do understand them. I also understand that there is a time and a place to take a hard line and when to compromise. Megan Sedres chose wrong...hence, you chose wrong. Your response shows a lack of understanding as to the situation and its tenets. I could agree with it for most people but I know my wife and so do many other people in this area. You didn't do your due diligence to contact her before (reminder call/text) or during her missed appt time. If it is a 3-hour block there was plenty of time for you all to reach out but you didn't. With regard to charging people X% of their expected service for a missed appt, that's a whole different discussion altogether. Make a policy that you all will call/message people a day prior as a 'courtesy' to remind them of their appt otherwise you will be forced to charge them a % of your over-priced services. We will happily take our business elsewhere and not direct business in your direction. Again, it was Megan Sedres' approach as well as yours that is so off-putting.
