We've been to the Paramount many times since my last review, which I can't believe was so long ago! Sebastian Maniscalco has come a long way since then, and he did play MSG. Unfortunately, he has gotten so popular we couldn't afford the tickets, so I'm glad we saw him here. This venue really is great, and since my last review we learned where the best seating is for comedy shows. We saw Jim Breuer for the second time here and had the best time ever! A friend got us on the list for the founders room which we went into before the show. This place is awesome! It's a really cool speak-easy with hidden rooms and unique antiques. The staff was really friendly both in here and inside the venue itself. There was a mix-up on our part about the meet and greet, but they took care of it for us and made it happen. It's unusual for such a large venue to have such great personal service, but that is how they treat everyone. The staff seems to have a really great time working there, meeting the audience, and enjoying the show along with us. This is one of our favorite venues on Long Island. Looking forward to going back for more great shows! read more

I went to see Beres Hammond. I enjoyed the concert; the crowd was so fun dancing and singing. It was pure joy. The venue has seats plus a standing area, where I was for the concert's duration. There are bars and bar food. I ate in the town before the concert. I ran a bit late, so I called the service desk, and running late didn't pose any issue with getting inside. The opening act was still on when I got there. Definitely would check out their other concerts. read more

Located in Huntington Village, a swanky part of Long Island, this venue exceeded my expectations. It's a very small intimate venue that has two full bars on each side on the floor, one on the second floor and another one in the sky bar area. No matter which seat(s) you get in the mezzanine section, it is an unobstructed view of the stage. The floor is not for me as I am very short and I don't like the feeling of being claustrophobic. At 66, Andy McCluskey of OMD had to postpone the touring of their new album (Bauhaus Staircase) due to a major knee surgery. Finally back on the road and with his new titanium knee he performed and moved around like he did back in the 80s. His voice!! The night was nostalgic for me and my sister. It really took us back. We had a blast dancing the night away. Restrooms are clean with an attendee. There are little essentials (hair clips, breath mints, deodorant, etc.) for you ladies if you need them but make sure to tip a buck or two. Concert merch is sold on the 2nd floor. Visit Date: August 31, 2025 I came here to see a Michael Jackson tribute with my friend Jen S, who loves MJ. Her friend Katie joined us too. It was the first time I was at the Paramount. It's a good size, on the smaller side but also big enough to fit a good amount of people and it looks like mostly anywhere you are in the concert hall is a good spot to see whoever is performing. I don't think they serve food from what I saw they didn't, they serve expensive drinks which is the rule for any place that hosts concerts or shows. They do have popcorn available and I think it's complimentary. I got myself a $12 N/A beer. It was a little cheaper than the time I paid almost $20 for one at Stephen Talkhouse. It was a pretty big can of beer though. Might have been the 40 oz version of an N/A beer, the beer came from Athletic Brewery, I've had beer from them before, if I'm correct they only make N/A beer. I had a fun time dancing with my friends. I would come back here to see another show. read more

Nice mid size club in Huntington and right in the middle of a busy area. Parking might be tough but I was able to find a spot close by. Very nice venue and very nice layout as well. There's a bar, merch area and bathrooms before you go into the main part of the venue. The main part of a large open area with bars on either side. Then there's a balcony sectio as well which I believe is a VIP area but I'm not positive. Awesome place to see a show read more

I just saw Bright Eyes perform live at The Paramount this past weekend and had an epic time! This was my first ever concert here and it exceeded all my expectations. All of the staff were courteous, the security screen was super smooth and the GA floor was just straight up awesome. I'm no sound buff but to my ears, everything sounded great. I like how you nearly can get right up to the edge of the stage. We made our way to the front, just 1 person behind, and had an incredible view of the band. Be able to see all the details of their performance, interactions with each other, and even nuances of their instruments is really quite nifty. This was my second time ever seeing Bright Eyes perform and I'm so happy they choose to perform at The Paramount! read more

Was a great place. Really, the best place around. Then...Live Nation took over. You can feel the difference. They got rid of good people already. I'd name some, but I'd like them to find jobs first. The Paramount owned bar Spotlight is great but the management needs to hire a new company for their security, Max Security employs the most unprofessional people, maybe not even trained correctly. I was enjoying a drink with my friend and fiancé in the bar table area and was asked to move closer into the bar area so we did with no argument as it's a non event, then for no reason the untrained bouncer has 6 other untrained bouncers surround me and my fiancé, the little untrained bouncer called her a bit*h then proceeded to spit at me, all for us doing nothing more then quietly drinking in the bar area, like really??? Management of Paramount and Live Nation should investigate these terribly trained bouncers and hire a new professionally trained security staff, an apology to us is the minimum that should be done read more

This building dates back to the Roaring Twenties, specifically May 5, 1927, when a magnificent theater--hailed as the finest east of Brooklyn, was first opened. Visitors to the new theater could enjoy vaudeville acts, a feature film, comedy, and other novelties with symphony orchestra accompaniment. In 1973, the theatre went dark. I've noticed ticket prices have gone up here but they book some great acts like Tegan and Sara, Iron & Wine and Marilyn Manson but then book some lackluster acts like podcasters that think they're funny. read more

Great venue for living on Long Island! I've been here a number of times and there are plenty events to attend here. Depending on the event, the floor will be GA or you will have seats. Please keep in mind that the seats are very close to each other so get comfy with your neighbors. There are a ton of restaurants to eat before your show: Theres a restaurant/bar (Spotlight) attached to the Paramount you can go to. If you can get into the Founders room that is a total plus - cute, private bar within the Paramount! Also, there's a bar upstairs where you can get food and some snacks. Parking can be tough but there are lots you can park in nearby or look for street parking. I'm going to look up future events now! Thanks! read more

Very nice show featuring 70s opening at Trans Am, and almost Queen as the main performance the theater is very nice. The concert was fantastic. The venue handled the crowd with ease with electronic tickets and easy to find seating with lots of people to help you. The place was clean and they offered a small selection of refreshments and snacks. We had a great time and would recommend this theater for anyone seeing a concert or show they offer. read more

Had a blast on a warm summer night. The air conditioning felt great. Bathrooms were clean and there is a bar upon entering snd bars inside the cavernous space in GA. There's seats in back and a VIP section and seats/viewing on top perimeter. Sound system can use a bit of tweaking but all in all I enjoyed the U2 and Coldplay cover bands tonight. read more

I love the venues, and have gone to numerous concerts there. Unforutunately the soud sytem was off during the last two recent concerts I attended . The instruments were way louder than the singers, and too much bass on the microphones of the singers. Went to see zakk sabbath last night. Been to this venue on many occasions, I do enjoy the standing room, lets you get as close to the stage as you want, very loud, bring ear plugs. The only gripe is they need to adjust the input, vocals were drowned out by instruments. read more

A beautiful concept with a greedy production. The school auditorium type folding chairs that cram the seating area are packed so close together you'll probably have to sit with your arms folded. I can't think of any chair I've been on that was more uncomfortable. Be ready to have the occupant next to you to elbow you in the ribs from time to time. $16 for a paper cup of domestic beer is nothing but pure greed. 1st and last time at this carnival. read more

I went here for the first time with my girlfriend, it's her favorite band, and my first rock concert, and it was awesome! The venue was spacious, clean, security was nice, we got in pretty quickly, and they have a bar! For some songs the music was so loud that it sounded mumbled, but overall it was a great experience! read more

If I had to nitpick anything it would be the VIP balcony where people might stand up and block your view. You also have to angle your seat a little bit so you're facing the stage. Another negative is that parking in downtown Huntington is not the easiest. You'll have to be patient finding parking in the area. read more

I love this venue. It's always a great place to see concerts. It was weird that before a concert they ran out of Stella. Who's doing the ordering for the bar? Also, I sit upstairs in the LOGE usually and I'm finding the crowd lately is getting out of hand. People were standing in the aisles which was dangerous. Listen, I know it's a concert, but tighten up for safety reasons and for the enjoyment of the concert goer who isn't over served. Other than that, I love this venue. read more

I made several attempts to get in touch with Management but NOBODY has bothered to answer me. Below is the event in question and I was just looking for anyone to tell me what happened but I guess the Paramount ownership and Management really could careless how the customer feels I was hesitant about following up on this incident which transpired at the 03/16/2025 Hanabie show because lets face it, who am I. However it is bothering me so I decided to go ahead with my complaint. I implore you all to review the video surveillance footage that I am sure is available to back up what I am going to try and explain and NOT the explanation from the individuals who were on staff that night because what are they going say? I arrived at the venue in the hopes of having a good time. This was my very first live show since the Covid shut down. I went to the event alone and arrived via ride share service. I went to the main bar and I ordered a drink and another. Yes , I was dead set on enjoying myself but not at the expense of others. I note that because from the time I set foot in the Paramount until the time I left I had zero incident with anyone regarding anything. I was not loud, I was not belligerent or obnoxious. I was not falling and crashing into anything. I was not stumbling around or causing any scene. If I had been I am 100% sure Security would have intervened, am I right? To further illustrate the good spirits I was in there came a point in the night while I was at the bar when another customer who was next to me waiting for his drinks spilled one of his rather large beverages all over the bar and me! My money on the bar was soaked, my pants and my $150 pair of Timberland boots saturated with the contents of the spill. I am sure the video footage will show that I handle this incident with class and immediately assured the guy that It was 'all good' not a problem. ZERO incident because of the way I handled the situation. Now I was calling the bartender Luka Doncic because he looks just like him. This may have caused a problem if he was a Celtic fan and took offense? I left the bar to ensure the spill guy got back to his friends and he asked me to meet them, why not? Sometime later I went back to the bar because I intended to get straight with the bartender and to order another drink To my surprise I was told the I was cut off?? I asked why and I was given no reason other than the repeated phrase 'you are cut off''. I did not argue or create any incident behind this. I did go to another bar in the club and was told the same thing by another bartender. I was given zero reason, nothing when asked why, what did I do? "YOU ARE CUT OFF" My confusion is why? I dd not do anything to anyone. If you watch the video footage of my time in the club for the entire evening it would show that to be true. Clearly it was a personal reason from someone behind your bar and not a reaction to anything that I did because I did not do anything to anyone. Did someone not like something I said? Did I look at someone wrong? I am 58 years old and I can assure you that I was well within my limits of having few drinks at a concert . Here it is two days later and it still bothers me. I do not feel what transpired was fair treatment of a Customer. If I missed something that I was unaware of that happened than my fault, 1000%, but I know that ain't true. Bottm line , someone Behind that bar got a bug up their ass about me for whatever reason and decided to get back at me the only way they could. Went to the Paramount last night with two other friends to see the Gin Blossoms and for each of us it was by far the worst concert experience we have ever had. The volume was PAINFULLY, PAINFULLY LOUD. My friend's phone app recorded a decibel level of 103 which is described as a very loud sound level that can cause hearing damage with relatively short exposure times. When the first band the Mercury's (they are horrible) were playing we and many others had to leave our seats and escape to the bar outside of the seating area space because we could not take the unbearable LOUD noise. I asked one of the ushers why it was so loud and he had no answer but another very sweet and sympathetic usher offered me earplugs which I gladly accepted; she also said it was unbearable. When I saw her later and thanked her again she said even Metal (I guess she's into Heavy Metal) is nowhere close to how loud the music was last night. When the Gin Blossoms came on, it wasn't much better and it's unfortunate because I do really like their music. Besides the volume being deafeningly loud, the sound quality was terrible. Of course how could it not be at 103 decibel level and it was also really bad despite that. I looked today at some other reviews for the Paramount and this is not just a problem that my friends and I experienced. I blame the Paramount and the Gin Blossoms, someone has to be in charge to make sure the volume is at a level other than completely painful and deafening. I guess they have played for so many years at these deafening levels that the band members are deaf and they don't realize how loud it is to everyone else around them.
