We were told by the bartender/server to sit anywhere we would like. It appeared that there was a meeting about to take place as many members were sitting at the bar ordering drinks. There were only a few tables and a huge bar in the middle of the room. We were handed a few menus and just kept it simple with some burgers. They were surprisingly delicious and tasted super fresh. All of the burgers/sliders came with a side of tater tots or fries. Service was kind of slow but there was only one woman handling the bar and serving food. Overall, I would definitely come back for some drinks and a bite to eat.

Our bartender was super friendly and she had the best recommendations! There's beers on tap and lots of liquor on the shelf to choose from. The variety they had was really surprising to me. I usually like whiskeys and bourbons, but there were so many choices I wasn't sure what to try. Upon finding out I prefer sweeter drinks, she recommended the Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon. I mostly go to the Wellmont for concerts, but it's a good venue for stand-up also. My husband and I were seated in upper balcony. The audio is usually always good there, so no matter where you sit you catch everything. Photography and videotaping were prohibited for this specific show. There were signs posted on every door to the theater, so it was clear. Ban on these aren't always the case, but - if you are familiar with Bobby Lee, then you probably can imagine why. If you were at this Bobby Lee show - then you for sure know why! Haha As always and as I wrote in my past review of the Wellmont Theater: Everybody working the house - from security to ushers to concessions - are always friendly and great to people. That makes a difference for everyone. That's one aspect of Wellmont that makes seeing an act there special. It's a Live Nation venue, but it still feels like a local spot (in my opinion).

I've played drums here at least five times, the rooms are awesome, clean, the gear rocks, the staff is helpful, getting you what you need when asked. The rooms all have a great vibe, painted nicely, air conditioned, track lighting, and even a showcase room with stage and room for a crowd. Follow the factory smoke stack (think 1/4 Pink Floyd' Animals album cover), Smacktone's door is right at the base. Only complaint is a big flight of stairs to get to the rooms, which as a drummer who bought his 1992 Tama Rockstar DX 7pc kit for a.trial stage run, was literally a drag. But awesome!!!
