It does not seem like they rotate their items frequently; the things the store carried a year ago are the same things they carry now. I can see this place as a great place for a quick gift, but I am disappointed at the lack of local products. Most things are made in China or elsewhere. The Christmas store is beautiful and has a wide variety of beautiful ornaments and decorations. Prices are reasonable but, again, the store does not seem to feature a lot of local products.

I called the store in Woonsocket, RI and was assured by two different associates that the manager of the store would call me. I never received any phone call. I also tried on three occasions to report the issue on their website. I received three different auto generated emails telling me someone would contact me and was never contacted. You would think a company as big as this would not advertise falsely or at least give some kind of restitution but nothing. I guess the next step would be done some kind of consumer affairs dept?
