I also tried on three occasions to report the issue on their website. I received three different auto generated emails telling me someone would contact me and was never contacted. You would think a company as big as this would not advertise falsely or at least give some kind of restitution but nothing. I guess the next step would be done some kind of consumer affairs dept?
