Great local business, really LOVED the previous owners (I believe they sold all the recipes-so all is still great). Haven't been in person in forever cuz they are only open early on Saturdays so I have my mom get them for me or order online... While the employees are quick to greet customers with a cheerful "Welcome to Bath & Body Works," that friendliness seems to disappear the moment you actually need assistance. As we walked around trying to decide what to purchase, I approached two employees who appeared more interested in their personal conversation than helping customers. When I asked a question, their facial expressions and dismissive attitudes made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them. I then approached a third employee, hoping for a better experience, only to be met with a condescending explanation, as though I were a third grader incapable of understanding a simple answer. To the management team: Customer service goes beyond greeting someone at the door. It requires patience, professionalism, respect, and a genuine willingness to assist customers. No one should feel uncomfortable or belittled simply for asking a question. Although this location is convenient, based on this experience, I would not recommend it as a place to shop or work. I will likely return because I enjoy the products and do not personally need much assistance. However, my mother did need help, and she deserved to be treated with kindness and respect. A welcoming greeting means very little when it is not followed by welcoming service. I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns and reminds employees that every customer deserves courtesy, regardless of whether they are browsing, asking questions, or making a purchase.

We placed our orders, while waiting we drank our first round of drinks. We then ordered another round that came in 10-15 minutes increments.
