The service was out of this world two young girls own The shop they are kind friendly and on top of thier business. Take custom orders. they give away free plants. Every single personally came in. They also had a balloon maker there and they had an other of one of the books that they sell and she was there signing her books individually for children or as gifts it was very nice was age-appropriate. It had some really wonderful pictures and stuff in it. They are closed starting tomorrow on Sundays and Mondays, but otherwise they're open from Tuesday through Saturday And they're just very friendly. I wish so much success in the shop. She was making a purchase of $232 so it was even above and beyond the cost of her certificate. She spends a lot when she goes there as well as has recommended this place to friends and family. Not to mention its an hour drive each way from where she lives. Well you, as the new owners would not honor this gift certificate, since you did not own the store at time of purch ase. This is NOT acceptable since gift certificates do NOT expire by law, and she had no way of knowing that there were new owners, which is irrelevant because it has the same name and the gift certificate is under that name. This is horrible customer service and you will lose a lot of business due to this poor decision.

The room is very tight and it can be challenging at times to navigate through the store. It does not seem like they rotate their items frequently; the things the store carried a year ago are the same things they carry now. I can see this place as a great place for a quick gift, but I am disappointed at the lack of local products. Most things are made in China or elsewhere. The Christmas store is beautiful and has a wide variety of beautiful ornaments and decorations. Prices are reasonable but, again, the store does not seem to feature a lot of local products.
