The arrangement had bare spots on one side and the flowers looked old. When I called to complain, they stated it was full and beautiful with fresh flowers when it left their shop. She stated they must have gotten damaged in delivery or at the funeral home itself. She then stated they would need a picture of it to make it right! Who" in their right mind would think of taking a picture at a wake with all the emotions of loosing a loved one suddenly and people coming in to extend their condolences! Then I was told they usually take pictures before the arrangements go out , but that day they "didn't because they were so busy. The only way they could help me to make it right was to bring a picture of it! When dealing with the previous owner I never had a problem. This was my first order with the new management and my last. Not to mention its an hour drive each way from where she lives. Well you, as the new owners would not honor this gift certificate, since you did not own the store at time of purch ase. This is NOT acceptable since gift certificates do NOT expire by law, and she had no way of knowing that there were new owners, which is irrelevant because it has the same name and the gift certificate is under that name. This is horrible customer service and you will lose a lot of business due to this poor decision.
