My husband took the receipts to the store, they would not give price adjustment w/o the physical item. I had to go again and this time they said they would not honor price because the initial charge for first 3 items was not correct. I find this unacceptable bc: 1. That was their error 2. They should have said that when I called. 3. if they had the item on the floor at the time of orig purchase, I would have paid same price for all 4 items. Not good business. I won't be back to Hobby Lobby anytime soon. Buyer beware

Not that anyone is going to retire from my clothing purchases, but Talbots has received more of my recent spending dollars than any other company. With Talbots, I've shopped online, at outlets, brick and mortar stores, and I'm also in their rewards program. On Wednesday 4/17/2024 I visited the Stratham, NH store to see if I could find a new pair of jeans to jump on the wide-leg trend. After several different styles (Talbots, if you're reading this, please work on your size consistency!), I found a pair I thought I was really happy with and purchased them. The jeans went straight to my closet from the car. On Sunday, 4/21/2024 I decided to wear them to a brunch. I had them on as I was getting ready and started to feel that they were just a bit too big (the pant itself is pretty heavy) and after a 15-20 minutes I decided to wear something else I felt more comfortable in. Sadly for me, I had taken the tags off and tossed them because I really thought they were going to be fun. On Tuesday, 4/23/24 (**six** days later), I brought them back to Talbots really just hoping I could exchange them for a smaller size. The sales associate consulted with the store manager who replied with a hard NO. No exchange, no return, no store credit without the tags. Didn't matter that I had just bought them at that very store just six days previously, she just wouldn't have it. I'm not sure if this is an actual Talbots policy, as this is the first time I've had this situation. It's hard to image that a retail store can't create a tag, but maybe that's true for them? Even still, I was pretty taken aback that Talbots had such a severe return policy, especially for repeat customers. And it's not as if the Talbots name isn't clearly attached to every garment! Those jeans went from Talbots, my home, back to Talbots...that's it. If that truly is your return policy Talbots, you really need to have your sales staff drum that into the heads of every person that buys from you. Needless to say, I will no longer be shopping with Talbots and I'm disappointed by that. Also disappointed that I have a $129.00 pair of jeans that I don't feel comfortable in. If you're a size 6 and want a cute pair of jeans let me know, I'll give you a discount!

We need more places like this…read more The last time I was here I got something my son really enjoyed and I wanted to duplicate that again. This is one of those small store fronts that just feels warm and inviting. It also helps that it was 40 degrees outside. No but really I like places that believe in product before profit and this is one of those places. It's small and jammed packed with a lot of different things catering to different ages. I see stuffed animals and complexing LEGO sets. You look to your right and you see wood blocks for babies and you look up and you see kites for all ages. This place has it all. The lovely ladies at the counter are always looking out for your best interest I feel. I explained what I wanted and she suggested my son would like this Dinosaur hand puppet vice the plastic dragon based on our conversation. And I loved it. In the end, I got the hand puppet and a stuffed husky. Lastly I found out they have two stores and sell their products online. I was happy because this place needs exposure with their great line. Overall five stars. Five stars because they care about a person's input and they'll take their time to help. Now excuse me, time to bundle up it's only WHAT THE....38 degrees?!? I select what I want, apply coupons, Kohl's cash & any promos & then pay. It's simple. Usually within minutes I will receive a text informing me that my order is ready for pickup. WOW! Each time I've gone to this location I'm greeted by a cheerful associate. It wasn't busy this afternoon & the woman who assisted me today was excellent. I've seen her before & she's always great to deal with. There's nothing worse than entering a store with rude associates acting like they are doing you a favor while they assist you. You won't find that at this location! My order was scanned, ready and I was back in my car in maybe 5 minutes.... Awesome!

While sitting at the traffic light I saw this location and thought hey, I just saved some time and tolls while I parked. This location is fairly large in comparison to other shops I have visited. I was greeted almost immediately and was able to have a few questions about upcoming products quickly. Making my way to the back of the store was a very good selection of discounted pre-packaged bags that I somehow made room for in my carry on bag! I have become a big Lindt fan... consistently very good quality and an exceptional variety!
