She was thoughtful and showed up early so we could use the kitchen and bar area to set up our appetizers and drinks. She set up the art stations while we drank and ate. Later she lead the class while also taking candid photos of our group. She took her time explaining the process and checking in to make sure we were all following along. Aja was fun and entertaining. She took various groups shots always paying great attention to detail. This was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely book again. We were the only party at the time, she laid out all the art to choose from. The space was clean and large enough to accommodate my 10 group and plenty of space to walk around. There were couches and kitchen area with a small refrigerator. Overall the space was a 10. Experience a 10. And instruction a 10.

Once we saw her in person, we instantly remembered her. The space where she hosted was spacious, clean and large enough to accommodate a larger crowd if needed. We were a group of four. She has such a calm demeanor and so much patience with kid and adults. I would highly recommend her. Her love of art and experience with kids is so amazing!

The owner called us and asked if we were still coming and we quicky made our way over there, at 1:40. Even though we were 40 minutes late the owner was understanding and super nice! We each got some wine (you have to pay seperately for it) and she started the lesson. She was very descriptive and that helped us follow along and keep at her pace. We were lucky enough that it was just the two of us in the studio that day. She came around and offered more paint when we needed it and gave us some techique suggestions. Overall it was a wonderful experience and one that we will be doing again! If you're in the area or have been wanting to do a wine and paint night this studio is very lovely and i would highly recommend.

Elegant and Swanky Paint Party!!!…read more Such an original type of party for friends. Put together about 12 of us for a Paint the Grapes party. I along with all my guests were extremely impressed with the setup. Very personal and private. Included in our ticket were excellent appetizers / finger foods, wine & beer. Relaxing music provided, but were reminded that we could request any music. Everyone chose their own painting creation. Honestly, our men were not overly excited about the date-night scheduled for them. Surprisingly they all had the most fun and put so much time in their painting. We all look forward to attending another party. I would recommend an event for anyone planning a shower, fundraiser, or just a night out with friends that's a little different.

The vibe is community, support, growth and education, vs the "churn and burn" mentality of other studios. The teachers are all excellent and owner/teacher Amy has extensive knowledge in all areas of ceramics. I have learned wheel throwing, hand building, slip cast mold making, glaze formulation, nerikomi, marbling, mono-printing, and luster applications--just to name a few! The studio is generous with provided tools, a huge reference library, oxides, glazes, storage areas and open studio hours. This is truly a community and I've met some amazing people here. Highly recommend!

There was a group of ladies that seemed to be regulars and it very much created a community vibe. And the best part at the end is there was very little cleanup.
