Kap came to our friends family home to teach us to paint for the night. She was very sweet and the set-up was perfect for our group. She shared the picture we were painting by airdropping it to our phones so we could try to follow along. Appreciate her positive attitude and how kind she was about our artwork.

Florence was awesome! Very friendly and made us all have a great time. Very organized and confidence inspiring. Florence was great!

Our finished product! Aulden created a painting that was based off of my wedding venue!

Paint the town was AMAZING! I had booked them as an activity to do with my bridesmaids and it was so much fun! I wanted to use a picture of my wedding venue for the painting and they had no problem with that and came up with a great easy to follow class on it! Our instructor, Aulden, was so much fun also, she really helped keep the mood fun and her personality worked so well with our group! I am so happy I booked paint the town as it made this day one I won't forget, and I definitely plan on using them again!

Completed ornament project. These look great on our mini-Xmas tree.

Ask the Community - Paint the Town

Can someone tell me if you had a recent party and if you dealt with someone named Alexis in NY? I live in CA I would like to find out if this person is legitimate affiliated with the company. Thanks

Hi Regina, we appreciate you checking and ensuring legitimacy! Yes, Alexis is one of our event coordinators and is based in NY. Our event coordinators are remote, so they can be anywhere. Thanks!

To add to this, we needed to be buzzed in so we could enter the premise. Once we were inside, the ambiance changed completely and there were a couple of IG worthy spots to take pictures while checking in. We opted for the spinning art experience since my daughter is too young to partake in the more elaborate ones. Originally, we booked for 4 people but one person got sick so we asked if we could transfer the funds for that person for another experience since there are no refunds. Luckily, was able to contact them the day before and added the bunny paint pour over experience. Ozzie was our guide and he was super kind and gentle with my daughter. We were instructed to pick 5 colors and then we donned our plastic bootie covers, apron and gloves. We entered our designated art room and was blown away by all the colors on the wall. There was even a tire swing which my daughter was all about. The spinning art experience was a lot of fun and I enjoyed seeing my daughter embrace the paint. I think her favorite part was when she had free rein to paint all over the walls. Overall, we had a great time. Only down side is that it does go by super quick and is quite an expensive experience for one hour. However, we get to have a treasured memento which is ready for pick up about 5 days afterwards and we did have a great time. That being said, #noragrats!

It flowed well but one piece got stuck and had to have the GM come to fix it. Great production value! The theming really matched the Matrix. The staff was so nice. Great escape room if you're a woman who loves losing bodily autonomy!…read more My two friends and I (all female) recently did the Magic Kingdom room at Maze Rooms LA on Vermont. Before we started, the one person working offered an option to have surprise, intermittent visits from a character named "Steve the extra-terrestrial" (AKA that same game master wearing an alien mask). This option was a sort of expansion pack on the standard room, with Steve being described in vague terms as "a helper and a hinderer" i.e. he may help you get to the next step or he may make it more difficult for you to do so. We assumed this meant adjusting certain room elements or leading us to/from specific clues, thought it sounded like a fun challenge and accepted the Steve option. We did NOT realize this meant Steve would TICKLE US. ALL OF US. MULTIPLE TIMES. It is so wildly unacceptable to be repeatedly and unwelcomely touched, especially in this context. We had to stop midway to lecture this man about consent. He rounded out the evening with some sexual comments (which it seems were encouraged by the owner to be shared with every group) that made us all wildly uncomfortable and we left feeling icky, regretful and drained. Beyond the unwanted touching, the room itself needs maintenance; a few key items were broken or malfunctioning, and they had to do a full tech reset on the room halfway through. TL;DR: Take your money elsewhere unless you love getting tickled by strangers. And if you do come here, DO NOT DO THE STEVE OPTION.

When we asked for an accommodation, the security guard was rude and told us that if my son wanted water, he could walk all the way to the entrance every time, despite the distance from the bowling area. Hoping to resolve the issue, I spoke with the manager, Luis Gonzalez, but unfortunately he was just as dismissive and uninformed about autism and disabilities. Rather than listening and showing compassion, he was rude and unwilling to understand my son's needs. Businesses that serve families should make an effort to educate their staff about disabilities and neurodiversity. With autism becoming more widely recognized, basic awareness, empathy, and reasonable accommodations should not be too much to ask. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and unsupported. I will also be reaching out to upper management, including Cynthia Torres, to make her aware of this situation and to see whether changes can be made. As an autism mom, it is my responsibility to advocate not only for my son but for other individuals with autism and disabilities as well. No family should have to experience being dismissed or treated without understanding when simply requesting reasonable accommodations. My hope is that this feedback leads to better education, awareness, and compassion from staff so that all guests feel welcomed and respected.
