We waited a good 10 minutes and when we noticed the person who was supposed to help us was out there batting while he was working. I had to go to the front counter to go complain because it wasn't fair for us to be waiting so long. Another thing that we didn't like was if you have Schools first debit card for some reason they couldn't take it. The good thing was we had cash with us, but if we didn't we were going to be screwed. All I got to say is they have to work better with customer service.

Look for the ESCAPE ROOM sign over head and the mirrored front windows. They have two rooms: "The Amazing Argo: A Steampunk Adventure" and "The Lost Treasure of El Capitan". We chose to do the Argo room. We were greeted by Alain, who would be our game master. After scanning a QR code on the TV to complete the online waiver, we were escorted into the room and our time began. All parts of room are immersive and there are a lot of really great props and display items that fit the theme of being on a steampunk airship well. The room is mostly non-linear, but flows well, and has a big variety of puzzles with just a few locks, quite a few mechanical puzzles, and even a few arcade style puzzles. There was one puzzle that wasn't properly reset but Alain was quick to resolve the issue. He gave us helpful hints without totally giving the solution away when we asked for help a few times which I always appreciate. This was a close one, but the two of us escaped right at the 60 minute mark. Afterwards, we enjoyed discussing elements of the room and other rooms in SoCal with Alain. He also gave us a quick view of the El Capitan room which I'm sure we will return to try. They are currently building a third room Code Black which will be a mostly completely dark room. Their rooms are very reasonably priced at only $50 per person for two people. The price per person goes down if you have a bigger group. Give their rooms a try!

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, funny, and fully committed to the immersive experience. You can tell they love what they do. We chose the Pandora's Box room (though they had several fun-sounding themes), and it was the perfect mix of challenging and fun. The puzzles were clever--not just your typical locks and keys--and the props and effects made it feel like we were really part of a movie. Everyone in our group had a chance to shine with different types of puzzles, which made it great for families with varying ages. The ultimate social distancing activity as the balls are sanitized inside and then everyone has their own ball. We had the balls for two hours and the attendants arrived 30 min. before to blow up the balls and sanitize them properly. Attendants were only there to make sure the balls were closed after we got inside. They were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company. Everything went really well and everyone had a lot of fun.
