More staffing is needed, especially in the play area. There are areas with motorized go-cart type vehicles, and smaller children can wander in with ease and potentially be injured by other children driving these heavy vehicles. Parents should always pay close attention to their children, but additional staff in these areas can help to prevent potential injuries. We brought a grandmother in her 70s, and she was told she could not bring in a bottle of water to the play area. I understand the facility wants to make money from the sale of food and drink. However, a single bottle of water should not be a problem. We live in South Florida, where hydration should be a human right. Even major facilities like Hard Rock Stadium allow you to bring in one bottle of water.
